As the sun rises this morning, I have deep healing on my mind. You know, the kind of healing you conjure after a break up, divorce, or even death.

I breathe in. I exhale, pushing every ounce of air from my lungs until it is uncomfortable and I breathe in refreshing, crisp air. In one breath, I heal a piece of me. It’s time for my collective healing.

Confession: I don’t do any fancy manifestation rituals.

Your reality is not created because you did a fancy ritual.

It’s created because of how you feel, what you believe and what you say.

That’s it.

If your thoughts, beliefs and feelings about your desire don’t support you having it then it won’t be yours.

Regardless of how many rituals you do.

So rather than trying to ‘get it right’ so the universe gives it to you...

Remember that you ARE the universe and get yourself on board 😉

Lemon balm!

I personally like to use lemon balm for its relaxing properties. I think it is more effective than lavender and a powerhouse paired with chamomile.
