I carried this last Sunday.

I’ve always been fascinated by flat lay edc photos. There’s something about seeing what is in other people’s’ pockets.

I prefer to use no case on my phone but that has proven to be a very costly business 😂

So when I use a case, it must be very good in my eyes.

Cue Bullstrap leather cases.

I love it! Leather all around, not just a patch on the back of a plastic shell. And the smell… 🤩 Fills the room then you open the box, talk about an unboxing experience 😁

I have one for my iPhone 11 Pro Max as well, pics coming soon 📸

I actually don’t wear the Ekster aluminum card holder in my back pocket. And definitely not a knife.

I don’t even know if it is legal to wear a knife here in the netherlands.

I wear the Ekster cardholder in my front pockets or in my jacket 😉

What do you prefer; a cardholder or regular wallet?

Speaking of wallets, I have something to show soon 🔜

I used a bit of paracord and tied a snake knot for this lanyard. Adds a bit of personality to the knife in my opinion.

That first cup of coffee in the morning 🤩

Started this morning with creating some content for Edifier. They sent me these R1700BT speakers to try out.

So I had to clean up my desk which was a tedious task 😩 My desk is usually a mess 👎

I edited the photos on my iPad Air 4 and while shooting for Edifier, I also arranged some items on my desk to take this photo 😁

By the way the little tray that holds my aluminum card holder is by , and the little planter as well!
Desk mat is by , 100% recommended.

𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙘𝙩

I found this little crate which used to carry four bottles of La Chouffe beer in our garage and thought I could use it as a prop.

I took the top of and used it to pin the knife in and display it in front of the crate.

HEAVILY inspired by 😀 I even went as far to buy the same knife she used because I thought it just looks so photogenic.

Anyway this is my life now, copying people that inspire me to improve myself.

There are many things to improve on this shot (back- and foreground, alignment) but I am happy with this result 🙏

𝙇𝙚𝙩 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙗𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚.

This gorgeous matte black desktop gadget is called the Novoaer Luxe Air Purifier. 🤩

I work from home basically everyday and while I think the air quality at home is better than at the office, I still feel it could be better. For example, my office/studio is located in the top floor of my house and there is only one small window for ventilation.

Thanks to an advanced HEPA filter the air is purified and sterilised,

I did however caught the edc knife bug and ordered a couple to experiment with.

All the cool edc accounts have these sick knives. I am not sure what it is about knives but I really like ‘em 🤩

Not necessarily to carry on my all the time. I don’t think this is very common here in the Netherlands. But I like the vibe around a knife in an everyday carry. I like their aesthetic. And they make for a fantastic subject in product photography.

I got this knife with an order of dry sausages 😂 but it is the only pocket knife I have. I thought it looked fitting for this photograph.

I did however caught the edc knife bug and ordered a couple to experiment with.

I wiped off the top part with a microfiber cloth but I think that made it attract even more dust 😂

Anyway I am crazy happy with this watch box, absolutely fantastic way to show off the collection 👌👌

Shoutout to for making such a wonderful piece of kit.

Be sure to check them out, they have a gorgeous sunglasses organizer & key holder as well !

Anyway, how is your weekend going so far? I lit up the bbq today and grilled some sausages for dinner ☀️

The sunlight hit my watch box organizer just right 🤩

This box along with my four favorite watches now have a permanent spot on my desk 🙌

I tend to shoot dark photos so I desired to switch things up and go for a lighter color scheme.

I could’ve paid more attention to the iPad home screen but whatever 😁

Do you wear a watch? Daily?

I bought this Steinhart Ocean One Titanium 500 a while back and used to wear it daily.

But I always took it off at work because it would scratch my MacBook 🤣

And then after a while I just didn’t even bother wearing it anymore.

But I am still very much a watch enthusiast and the first thing I’m going to buy as a present to myself, if my profits from crypto trading keep going this way, is another fancy watch.

Yeah I’m eyeballing an Omega Speedmaster, Tudor Pelagos and couple Panerai models (I like most of them) 😍😍😍

A man can dream, right? 😄

I have been using an Ekster Parliament wallet for a while (black, leather) and really like the design and ease of use.

recently hooked me up with a nice upgrade; their Aluminum Cardholder in Green Ore and Midnight Blue.

And to complete this wonderful set, their Tracker Card.

I really really like the aesthetic of the colored aluminum. It also feels very robust.

So I have been using these Two Neo in soft white for quite some time now, and they’re great!

But Edifier reached out and offered me their R1700BT speakers.

I think the mix of dark wood and black will fit my setup well 📸

Expect some shots of my desk with the. De speakers soon!

And on a side note: does any of you celebrate the lunar new year? Since my wife is Chinese, we do. Had lots of delicious food last night but unfortunately without friends (still in lockdown here in the Netherlands).

Ahh these products from are outstanding 🤩

Super stuff for my favorite tech gadgets.

Yes, the wallet is a tech gadget too: it has a built in Tile tracker so I can locate my wallet with my phone 😁

I finished building a pc in the DeepCool MACUBE 110 case👌

During the shoot I used various props such as my beloved Ikea fake plants and my PlayStation controller 😁 🪴 🎮

If you’re looking for a clean minimal pc case with a small footprint ( it is quite small! ) I recommend the MACUBE 110 ✨

I all came together quite well I think. Adding accessories and details such as the canvas and the wall shelf made such a difference!

I can say I’m working from home quite comfortably at the moment 😁

I got this Nomad Base Station Stand a while ago but just installed it.

I have a couple wireless chargers for my iPhone but they’re all flat on the desk.

I like this stand. It is subtle, beautiful and efficient. I like how I can read the previews of the messages I receive without having to pick up the phone or look at it from an uncomfortable angle.

But then again, I don’t really get that many messages throughout the day anyway 😂

Still, a beautiful addition to my setup.

I’m curious to hear what phones you guys use! Let me know 👇

Last night when I was researching ways to create content the idea of levitation photos popped in my head and I immediately ran to the garage to grab fishing line and duct tape 😄

I fixed two lines on the ceiling and wrapped it around my Steinhart watch to make it levitate.

I also did this with a PlayStation controller and my iPhone even (I put pillows on the floor in case the tape wouldn’t hold, which it didn’t 😂)

Eventually I was so focused on this new technique that I forgot to rotate the watch bezel. So I will have to do with a bezel that is not aligned.

Ah well, I will make new shots soon anyway with my other watches. I think it is a great way to play around and experiment.

Learn by doing and by making mistakes.

Anker sent me this set to review and me and my wife enjoyed this tiny charger so much we ordered a second one.

This tiny charger fast charges our iPhone 11 Pro Max to 50% in 30 minutes! 🔌 ⚡️

And the cable is high quality and super long 👌

And for only 17$ this is a no brainer imo

It is a Nomad rugged case for the AirPods Pro 👌

Me and my wife both use AirPods Pro and could never separate the two. But now I have this beautiful case 🤩

I also use a rugged case for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the quality is awesome!

I’ve started using Notion recently, for trying to keep track of the collaborations I do with .of.tech.

It is quite the powerful app, but I can’t seem to wrap my head around templates, pages, databases and basically everything that makes Notion so powerful.

I tried setting up a Board overview of my running collabs, and a content board/gallery including calendar for each of those collabs.

I’m getting there, it’s just that I’m more busy with Notion now than I am creating content 😂

I started using an iPad about a month ago and I cannot believe how much I use it.

I never thought I could do so many of my daily tasks on my iPad instead of my MacBook.

And I LOVE editing photos on it, especially using the pencil 👌

Even though Christmas is over I still keep my Christmas tree and my Christmas wallpaper!🎄

I don’t know about tradition in your country but I like to keep the Christmas tree around at least until after New Years 🎆

Do you remove the tree right after Christmas or keep it a bit longer?

So this is the best performing graphics card I own. The RTX 3080. It is currently not being used as my main rig has a GTX 1080ti with a water block in it.

So I thought to show it off on my brand new Grovemade wood wall shelf 😁👌

I will soon take apart the water cooled beast and opt for a more subtitle pc build that goes well alongside my MacBook setup 😁
