"Hebrews 12:1-2 tells us, 'Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.'

In life, it can be so easy to become overwhelmed and weighted down by our troubles, our habits, our constant battle with sin. Our responsibility to God is to run this race of life that He has set before us. To do this, we must look to Jesus and trust in Him in order to overcome our weaknesses and live in faith that is pure and undefiled. We should be encouraged by the cloud of witnesses that have gone before us, who have shown us that it is possible to overcome any obstacle with the strength and guidance of our Lord.

As a Christian, we must strive continually to hold onto our faith and cling to Jesus, trusting His word and following His ways. May we strive to run the race marked out for us with endurance so that one day we are able to find peace and joy with our Lord. "

The power of god's love is a wonderful gift that we should embrace and share with those around us. Ephesians 3:17-18 says, "And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ." God's love is unending and it can never be fully understood by us. This truth can help bring us true peace and hope.

We often forget that the love of god is right here, right now. Let us never forget that it does not just exist in the distant future or only when times are good. Romans 5:3-5 reads, "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us."

God's love is truly transformative and it has the power to heal us. We can use this love to make sense of the world around us and to have hope in the midst of the struggles of life. Isaiah 43:2 says, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze."

God's love never fails and it bolsters us up even when we feel as if we are failing those around us. 1 Corinthians 13:7 tells us, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." Let us never forget this message and let us be thankful that we have been given such a powerful and life-giving gift. Let us ask God to draw closer to us each day as we remember the depth of his love for us.

Topic: What does the bible say about true love?

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.

1 Corinthians 13:4-6

The Bible is clear that true love isn't just a feeling. It's an action. Real love isn't selfish. It isn't demanding, or controlling. It isn't about getting what you want from someone or trying to manipulate them to do your bidding.

True love, the kind described in the Bible, is based on honesty and respect. It's not about what we can get or even what we can give. It's about understanding, valuing, and embracing another person.

True love is willing to go out of its way to make the other person happy. It's about consistency, trust, and mutual understanding. It means sacrificing your own wants and needs to ensure the well-being of your beloved. It's recognizing that the other person has their own ideas, feelings, and wishes that should be respected.

The Bible says that true love is "from above". This means that it's an unconditional love that requires nothing in return. True love will never ask for anything it doesn’t freely give. And it will never run out. No matter the circumstance, you can always depend on it.

The Bible ushers us to pursue true love. We should forget what the world tells us, and instead be guided by God's principles. True love requires patience, selflessness, and humility. We should strive to show this kind of love to those around us. We should offer it without expectation, and it will bless not only us but also those around us.

Today, I would like to talk about an important topic: humility! As Romans 12:16 says, “Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.” This verse encourages us to remain humble.
Humility is often a hard concept to live out as humans, because we like to think of ourselves as our own gods, knowing the best and taking charge. But, humility can help us in so many areas of our lives! We can be at peace with our flaws instead of striving to reach some ideal version of ourselves. We can approach every interaction with love instead of pride. We can rely on God’s wisdom instead of our own strength when facing difficult decisions.
Humility, therefore, does not mean belittling ourselves or our capabilities, but it does mean trusting in God and not ourselves. Let us strive today to be humble, relying on God’s strength and wisdom to guide us. Be blessed!
