Yesterday, we had the privilege of attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony in Tuskegee, the birthplace of Lionel Richie, for the inauguration of Hello Park. This new community space is designed to encourage local engagement and inspiration from the natural surroundings. Hello Park marks one of Lowe's 100 community revitalization projects launched in 2023.
Over the past year, our team collaborated closely with the project's architect and a Baton Rouge-based design firm to refine the initial plans and incorporate specific modifications requested by Lionel Richie. We expertly handled the grading, drainage, irrigation, landscaping, and lighting to bring this visionary project to life. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful community asset that will inspire and unite the people of Tuskegee for years to come.
