This month, we had the extreme pleasure of featuring the Lindemann family! Drew and Corynne met while at LSU where they had a class together, and after graduation they ended up reconnecting at the Red Dress Run in NOLA. Drew is the Area Vice President of Vivex and Corynne is a real estate agent with McEnery Residential. This month in our Wine, Dine and Doctor feature, Dr. Cathy Zhang Sisney visits a local eclectic coffee cafe called Haven Coffee and Cocktails in downtown Covington. Cathy started with a honey lavender iced latte. She says the honey was the perfect amount of sweetness and the lavender gave a light floral note. She then ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and said the pesto had a great nutty flavor with a sharp bite of Parmesan, and the thin-pounded chicken was perfectly cooked and tender. She says the sandwich was overall delicious and filling.
