It’s rather interesting that when their partners lost their jobs it took a serious toll on them. Mainly because both people became reliant on each other for life sustainability via income. We all felt the hit if we were put into similar situations last year or the year before. It’s understandable. Just know we are here for each other.

I know that this name has been brought up many times in the past. However given the season we are in some men will take verbal abuse more often and some shoulder it and move on. Others let the abuse sit in them. It’s a rough time of year for everyone and men shouldn’t have to suck it up and just help out. We should have our opinions valued all the same. Earl created a home for men who couldn’t or wouldn’t suck it up and move on any longer. This was a great thing he did and such a shame to see him end it as he had. We want to preserve and grow what he was doing for other battered men. Please seek the help, don’t allow the abuse to continue just because the old stigma says we should.
