An early morning burglary at an Exxon gas station led to the arrest of a suspect caught nearby with stolen to***co products. Officers responded to an alarm and found the store’s front window shattered. While canvassing the area, they detained Kenneth Hallman, 32, who had to***co matching the stolen merchandise. Hallman, who has no fixed address, was arrested and charged with burglary. His bond status is currently unavailable, and a court date is pending.

A teacher at Forest Park High School was arrested after students reported he exposed himself during class. According to police, Coy Robert Dubik, 40, was observed by multiple students making inappropriate gestures while seated at his desk. School personnel were notified and a School Resource Officer initiated an investigation. Dubik, of Manassas, was arrested on June 16 and charged with three counts of indecent liberties by a custodian. He is out on a $15,000 unsecured bond.

Joshua Lavontae GINGRICH

A violent altercation at the Potomac Vista Apartments led to two young men being hospitalized with knife wounds. The confrontation began as a verbal dispute and escalated when Joshua Lavontae Gingrich, 36, allegedly intervened and used a box-cutter style knife to injure a 19-year-old and an 18-year-old man. The victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Gingrich, a resident of Bay Vista Dr., was arrested on June 14 and charged with two counts of malicious wounding. He is currently released on a $5,000 unsecured bond pending a court date.

Thelma C. Farley, 59, was arrested for felony child neglect after a 2-year-old boy was found alone in a hotel lobby. Farley, the child’s grandmother, had left him unattended in a room. The child was unharmed and released to known parties.

Murad Ali Mohammed, 26, was arrested after allegedly assaulting a 26-year-old woman during a domestic dispute. The altercation escalated into physical violence, including strangulation. Mohammed is charged with strangulation and domestic assault.

Christian Anthony Blanco, 30, was arrested following an armed robbery where a victim was assaulted during a carjacking. Blanco faces charges including robbery, grand larceny, and assault. The vehicle was later recovered. Police are still seeking two additional suspects.

Three individuals forced entry into the OZE To***co and V**e store in Manassas early on June 15, stealing to***co and v**e products. Surveillance footage captured the suspects wearing masks and backpacks. A police K-9 unit searched the area, but the suspects remain at large.

Police are investigating a violent robbery where a 26-year-old man was assaulted after intervening when multiple men demanded a female acquaintance’s belongings. A vehicle drove over the victim during the incident. The suspects fled in a Toyota Camry. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police are working to identify three described suspects.

Authorities have made two arrests in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on April 2 in Woodbridge. A food delivery driver was reportedly threatened by a man and woman, with the male suspect implying he was armed. The suspects fled with the delivery. Saniyah Ayan Quash Wesley was arrested on May 22, followed by Tyjuan Cattrell Smith, 19, on June 10. Smith is being held without bond.

A bomb threat at Forest Park High School in Woodbridge VA led to a police investigation after a student reported receiving a threatening text message. The incident occurred on May 30 and was quickly addressed by the School Resource Officer assigned to the campus.

Authorities identified the source of the message—a 15-year-old male student—and determined that there was no credible threat to the school community. The situation was handled without evacuation or disruption to school activities.

Following a thorough investigation, officers pursued petitions on June 10. However, after coordination with Juvenile Court Services, the case was resolved through an informal action and will proceed via the juvenile diversion process.

Muhammad Ali Khan SHAIKH

Location: Karen Radley Acura, 14700 Richmond Hwy, Woodbridge VA
Time: June 11 at 2:54 PM

An argument between two employees at Karen Radley Acura escalated into violence on June 11. Authorities responded to the scene after receiving reports of an assault.

Investigators learned that the dispute moved outside the dealership, where one of the employees—identified as 32-year-old Muhammad Ali Khan Shaikh—got into a vehicle and attempted to hit the other man, a 41-year-old employee. The victim sustained minor injuries.

Shaikh, a resident of Port Potomac Ave in Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding. He is currently free on a $10,000 unsecured bond, with a court date pending.

The second employee involved was issued a summons for misdemeanor assault and battery.
