Fertilizers price hike tends government to spend more Rs 28600 core. Per bag Rs 450 price hike has been recently. Govt will be forced to give Rs 450 per bag subsidy to the farmers. The current fertilizer price is Rs 1650. Earlier price was Rs 1200 but government will give the fertilizer to the farmers at Rs 1200 instead of Rs 1600. Now public expenditure has been increased from Rs 80000 core to Rs 1 lakh core.

There is no constitutional ethics to obstruct TMC to rule as ruller. Clap can not possible with a single palm it is true. Government is in proposal to mend the cooperatives act. The said cooperatives are the very ancient act and it's importantance have been laid before rural development. Critics guesses this may resolve farmers protest. Before NABARD such was the instruction which was monitoring and strengthening farmers. Most farmers participatory were in such institutions. Now every village and farmers consolidations have with cooperative societies. Rural development always with cooperatives movement. Government will soon mend such for the benefit of farmers.

Nine months have been lapsed but government is not responding farmers. Now three of leading listed PSUs have already started FPO like TATA, Reliance and Adani. Today in most places farmers disturbed train, bus, commercial banks, institutions. Most trains stopped their ply in the country.

Both BJP and Congress can't get Rajya Sabha simple majority with such seat winning. But this election can educate both congress and BJP that where is antiincumbency ? But in present context both BJP and BJD are running with antiincumbency like price hike,disaster compensation etc. But it is true Puri and bramhagiri BJP's winning may boost Pipili election. But in this by election OBC and poor segment people's mandate may correct Pipili. But declining congress is danger for BJP in Pipili.

Unemployment, improper common minimum program, poor PPP mode and poor entrustment are depicting government is not caring on social security. Now lower middle class and poor segment people are not getting adequate justice from social security point of view. Entrustment, public and private participation have with rich amount of requirements in the society. Now in both internal and external peace, social security have become great things for these types of people. Government should think appropriate otherwise peace and tranquility in the families will be destroyed. More crimes will be fact. With public investment government should think for private consumption.
