I channeled Cher this morning 😆

I’m in NYC on business and since it’s MLK weekend I decided to bring my daughters can explore Times Square.

We got to our hotel this morning in Times Square and my oldest whispers “this is like one of those hotels that Rich businessmen stay at, it’s so fancy.”

I turned around and looked her dead in the face and replied “I am a Rich Businessman” 😎

Reject New Year, New Me ideas

That crap is built on the notion that we have to be “on” at all times, being productive. 2022 was a big year for me.

I moved to a new city, bought a house, graduated college, got a new job. It felt like a whirl wind of accomplishments.

And 2023 I felt like the last slide on this post. lol. The job I moved for was a bust, I didn’t make any new friends in my new city, almost got swindled by a tinder swindler had to cut some people off and I was just like, wtf is going on in my life?

So I’m walking into 2024 with no expectations, I’m going to keep doing what I do and keep posting about my life. I made a vision board of what I want this year to look like but I’m not going to hold it against myself if I don’t hit all the goals on the board.
