It was a solid showing by the Wildcats today at the Idaho State Cross Country Championships, as they finished in 7th place as a team, led by Senior Ryken White, who cracked the top 10 as an individual. Senior Nolan Harju, the other Wildcat XC Senior, was next for the Cats, at 21st place individually. It was a very good season for Wildcat Cross Country and Coach Smith. Thank you to Ryken and Nolan for great careers at KHS!

Another tough night on the gridiron for the Wildcats. They go on the road against a tough Priest River squad, and ultimately have no answer for a relentless and disciplined Spartan ground attack, eventually falling 26-64, in the season finale. The Wildcats finish the season with a 3-6 record overall (2-2 CIL).

What a day for the Kellogg Wildcat Cross Country Team! Coach Smith and the Cats hosted the Dist I-II Meet, along with a bunch of invaluable volunteers, at Pinehurst Golf Course today! The boys continued their dominance and courage as they cruised to a 1st place team finish, with 5 of the Wildcats in the top 7! The Wildcats qualified for the state tournament and also celebrated "Senior Night" with the rest of Dist I-II, as is tradition for Cross Country.

Congratulations to Coach Smith and the entire KHS Cross Country Team, on an impressive season, and also a berth to STATE! Also congratulations and thank you to Seniors Ryken White and Nolan Harju on exceptional XC careers representing the Purple and Gold! We are proud of you all.

It is a great day to be a Wildcat!

Many of the boys clocked PRs at PGC last time, and they will be looking to tap into that confidence and punch a ticket to State! Good luck Coach Smith and Wildcat harriers!

After a great season, and a CIL Championship, the Wildcats fall short to Orofino 3-2 in the consolation bracket. Congratulations to CIL All League selections Dani Henrikson, Jordyn Stutzke, and Paige Yrjana!

Congratulations to Coach Smith and the Wildcat Cross Country boys on yet another 1st place finish, this time at the Rams River Invite at Riverside State Park! The Wildcats had 5 runners in the top 20 and ran away (pun intended) with the team championship. Ryken White got himself another individual 1st place, leading the Wildcats to yet another great meet finish!

The Wildcats ran into a determined Priest River Spartan volleyball team in the Dist I-II Tournament today, and fell 3-1 in the semi-final match. Priest River will advance and face Grangeville, who overcame a 2-0 set deficit to defeat the Orofino Maniacs. The Wildcats will aim to rebound tomorrow against Orofino at 2PM, to keep their post season hopes alive.

Congratulations to Paige Yrjana for yet another WildcatsLive "Player of the Match." Paige fought through injuries and was a steady force for the Wildcats. We know her team is more important, but she deserves some accolades regardless.

Rest up and recover tomorrow ladies!

Tough night on the gridiron for the Wildcats. They fight back, but ultimately have no answer for a relentless Grangeville offense, and fall 50-22. With an at large playoff bid still a possibility, the Cats will need to regroup, rest up, and travel to Priest River next Friday, which will not be an easy task.

Outlined against a blue-gray October sky, the 6 Wildcat Seniors rode one last time, at home.... Coming off a huge non-league win against the New Plymouth Pilgrims, the Wildcats return home to our beloved Teeters Field to square off against the Grangeville Bulldogs with some major Central Idaho League implications! After a full day of intense Volleyball District Tournament action, the brisk October air will invigorate the Wildcat Spirit! Come out and show your undying support for these young men and the rest of Wildcat Nation! We have one of the best venues, one of the best bands, and one of the best cheer/spirit squads around! Let's fill the grandstands with Purple and Gold and "Shout til the Echoes Ring, for the Glory of our Team!"

Hey Wildcat Nation, not sure you have heard or not, but our very own Kellogg Wildcat Volleyballers have captured yet another League Title, going 17-7 on the season and 7-1 in CIL play! This means that the District I-II Tournament will be held at our iconic Andrews Gymnasium today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday.) The game times are different than we are accustomed to, but we have faith that come 2PM, Andrews will be a rockin'. This is a 2 day tournament, and WildcatsLive will be livestreaming all matches. If you are stuck at work at 2PM, tune in. Otherwise get your Purple and Gold and head up to 2 Jacobs Gulch and let's show these CIL Champions some Wildcat love!

Thanks to Josh McDonald, we were able to share his stream for the Wildcat football game in Cottonwood today! The Wildcats battled for 4 quarters and came up victorious against the Pilgrims 36-34 in a big non-league matchup.

All the Wildcats played tough, but the WildcatsLive Player of the Game goes to Wyatt Storey! Great job Wyatt!

Wildcat Football hits the road for a neutral site non-league matchup with the New Plymouth Pilgrims. Game is played at Prairie HS and to date we have no indication of a livestream. (Saturday, October 12) Good luck boys!

Wildcats with a huge win tonight! After storming ahead to a quick 2-0 lead, the Wildcats found themselves in a battle as the Grangeville Bulldogs won set 3, and had a 14-4 lead in set 4. The Wildcats managed to find their way back, however, and rallied in a big way, to win the 4th set 26-24 in a thriller! The gutsy win means the Kellogg Wildcats are the CIL Champs and will have home court advantage throughout the Dist I-II Tournament!

Congratulations to Paige Yrjana for earning the WildcatsLive Player of the Match tonight! As always, it was a team effort, but Paige showed consistent moxy and leadership throughout the night, and willed the Cats to victory! Great job ladies!

Our streaming PC had a major failure in set 4. Thanks for sticking with us! We will diagnose, repair, and go forward!
