Last night may have been my last Farming Simulator 19 stream before FS22 comes out, but it was a fun one! Thanks to everyone who dropped by to see me decorate my farm for the season (and jack up equipment as I usually do)!

Well, well, well. Where have I been? Here's a long update on various things for you all.

Part 1: Computer improvements! I have acquired a nice Yeti microphone to replace the janky one on my old-ish headset. But it sits up tall and blocks the view of the monitor that shows my games, so I am getting a wall mount for that monitor so I can see things properly.

Part 2: Configuring new software. I've been dabbling in Animaze which gives you the ability to stream as an avatar. It has had an issue with syncing my lips using my old headset mic, so I am looking forward to using it with the Yeti and finally getting things just right for streams.

Part 3: Work & Work Environment! I've had a LOT of creative work lately (writing, editing, art) that has been using up my free time. Also, my upstairs air conditioning has been out for 3 weeks now, and although I have portable AC units to keep the computer room cool, the droning noise from them is nothing anyone wants to hear on a stream.

Part 4: Core Games! I've really been enjoying this system and I would like to invite my friends and viewers to join me. There are so many fun multiplayer games to play, including genres we already enjoy - farming, demolition derby, and coming soon - TANKS! Go to coregames.com and download the client (or you can get it from the EPIC store, although I had problems with that download). It's completely FREE and FUN. Hey, it's been awhile since I've had much to say. Streaming has been limited (Monday nights only) but that will change for most of May and I'll be able to see you live more often. I have also been trying out the new streaming service, Glimesh.tv - it lacks many of Twitch's features, but runs fast and lean. I never have a problem with my streams lagging there due to the amount of resources my simulation games consume. My account at Glimesh.tv is also under the name talkingtowhee, so drop me a follow!

I've also picked up a new green screen which will be so much easier to light and position. Check it out!

For the rest of December, I will be streaming only on Wednesday nights on Twitch.tv. Then in January, my single night of streaming with be on Mondays. An announcement will come soon about other content I'll be creating for you in 2021!

I'm likely going to exclusively stream my Planet Coaster worlds going forward on Twitch. Beginning in January 2020, evenings available for me to stream will be extremely limited, so I want to spend that time doing exactly what I love - building book, movie and TV rides and worlds.

I'll be continuing the themed builds in progress (Dark Shadows, The Red Green Show and others) but here's your chance to tell me what you'd like to see. Three of the new themes I'm considering are Big Trouble in Little China, Wizard of OZ, and King Arthur. Let me know if you have a favorite among those -- or make a suggestion of your own!

Oh where, oh where has Towhee gone? I am on hiatus from streaming until mid-September. I wanted to take some night courses and there aren't enough hours in the day to accomplish that and stream as well. In streaming news, I now have a nice ring light to fix my often crappy lighting!
