Join us in the Pocono Mountains for a Wellness Retreat
During this wellness retreat we will explore food relationships and behavior, & mental wellness. We will also learn stress management techniques, explore sound healing, & have daily yoga. 3 meals will be prepared daily, and we will have 2 outings (ATV riding & hiking)
Prospective Dates are 3/24/21-3/27/21
A Sample schedule for the retreat is shared below>
6am: Bootcamp (optional)
If you love a good early morning workout wake up with an amazing fitness trainer to sweat away any frustration or worries as well as improve your cardio wellness
8am: Breakfast
A Healthy, nutrient dense breakfast will be provided by our lovely chef within the guidelines of our holistic nutritionist. Our nutritionist will also take the time to express how eating healthy can be enjoyable.
9 am: Wellness activity of the day
Wellness activities will range from sound healing to Stress management strategies.
For example: Sound Bath and Yin Yoga
10 am: wellness seminar: we have 2 seminars planned, 1: Mental health and 2. Food relationships (Duration is 30 minutes)
12pm Lunch
3pm: Group outing: prospective group outings are hiking, atv tour, and ziplining
6pm Dinner
8pm Reflections and journaling by the fire pit
