I pray today that the Lord will help us to pay attention to what he is saying and to live according to his word to us.

”Walk prudently when you go to the house of God; and draw near to hear rather than to give the sacrifice of fools, for they do not know that they do evil.“
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
This scripture above 👆🏼 means that when you come into the presence of God, come with the right mindset, because you are responsible for the outcome of a generation that is in your care. You cannot afford to play with your children’s destinies. Go for God to speak to you and pay attention to Gods word for you!

Your life, my life hinges on paying attention to what God has said. So can we just pray, God, help us not to live the kind of lives where when you’re speaking to us and we’re paying no attention to what you’re saying? God, please help us to be people of your word, people who listen to your word daily, who meditate on it day and night.

As a parent, you cannot give what you do not have. Make time for your constant refreshing. Refresh yourself in the presence of GOD, both at home and in the gathering of believers.
Do you have your quiet times with God, are you reading his word? He will reveal himself to you, tell you how best to act and to train your children through his words

Don’t be like the people of Manasseh who even after hearing from God, did not listen

The Guinness World Record for most children born to one mother goes to Valentina Vassilyev, the wife of a Russian peasant Feodor Vassilyev. She birthed total number of 69 babies in her lifetime.

She lived to be 76 and between 1725 and 1765 she had 69 children (16 pairs of twins, 7 sets of triplets and 4 sets of quadruplets).

67 of them survived infancy with the loss of one set of twins

Yet here I am still thanking God I didn’t have to live through all that. I love kids but not that many in my home at a time🤗❤️😎

Lawd, these kids will make you miss a huge business deal because the only thing important to them is that cartoon they are watching, everything other thing is an inconvenience. Get parenting advice from the word of God

Children are a blessing from God but God did not give us an instruction manual on how to raise them, but when you read his word you will realize that he did not leave us clueless either. He left a map for us to follow. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽. It is like a treasure map. The more you seek to more you find, the more you read his words, the more he shows you the truth and helps you know what to do.
There is no better example of a good parent than God himself who loves us and calls us His children.
In the Bible you will also find Godly examples of other Godly parents that should guide you and help point you in the right direction.
An example is Moses parents especially the mother who exhibited great faith! You can learn Faith from her.
Another example is Hannah and her heartfelt prayers that led to the opening of her womb and her expression of gratitude by returning him to God. We can also learn from her he to keep our word and teach our kids that too.
What of Zechariah and Elizabeth who walked blameless before the Lord. The very fact that they did not have any child did not stop them from serving the Lord with their whole heart.

Apostle Paul also give us principles throughout his letters on how we are to bring up our children.

So what are you waiting for intentional parents, start reading the word of God!!👍🙏🏼🤣💃🏽

So this our aunty came visiting yesterday and I was telling her all about our Sunday rice tradition that I learnt from my family growing up, which I have carried on in my own family now.
She said rice must not be eaten every Sunday besides we eat it every other day!
You need to see the shock on my face when she said it. Like what will you eat on Sunday? Like rice is the icing on the cake on sundays. After all those long hours in church, I better be coming home to a hot plate of white rice and stew with chicken and salad!🤣🤣🤣
She just couldn’t relate.
Please are we the only family that eats rice every Sunday? Am I the only one keeping this tradition alive?🥰🤣🤣

This is beautiful Rozah (rose) and her kids on a memorable 3-day safari. ❤️❤️❤️

You all know the story of the nanny to a Lebanese family, Rose, who when she wanted to travel to her home town, at the airport, the kids she was taking care of didn’t want to let her go, they all wept including her. Her video went viral.
This story serves as a reminder that God rewards the faithful. God surely sees your Hardwork and dedication to your job, to your employer.
