This is the real story:
You and your wife decided to steal all your brothers money, never paying your bills at Jeffs, let your mom cash out her last policy telling sob stories to everyone.

Meanwhile paying all the monies owed to 3rd parties into your wifes account.

Then you go and "buy" your moms belongings letting the payment go through your wifes account and writing a false contract knowing that your mother has alzeimers. Fraudently copying her signature.

You paid your house and car each month. But not your creditors

I honestly don't know why people would even believe your lies...
Your own sister Charmaine warned people against you she saw how you took money under the counter (taking cash for jobs & putting it in your own pocket) when she worked at Jeff's. She saw how you tell people you can do it cash for less then the quote...
The court saw the loan amounts Mr AJ Jefferies has lend you and Jeffs.
The court ruled that you need to pay back the money.
Still you did what you can,stealing the money each month paying your house, car from the business account, putting money in the ABSA account each month, did not pay any of your accounts taking all the money to fill up your pockets!

This is what blows my mind. When a criminal believes that they are right. And want to place a infrigment on the victim the whole time. These criminals stole the money of my client, they commit fraud where ever they can lay their hand down. They make my client out as the wrong one but in fact he is not. He has a judgement against these people. They stole his money, they are the ones at fault.
If the High Court of the Western Cape finds you liable to pay back Mr A J Jefferies then you are the fault in the scenario Mr R Jefferies including your side kick Mr M Jefferies And your law (non degree) legal consultant N Jefferies.

So the Sheriff went to Raymond house for the assetts to get written up.
His wife pushes through a letter stating that she bought everything from Raymond. The proof of payment they use... A loan she made to Jeff's. but they thought they were clever paid it into raymonds personal account and he paid it to Jeff's in 2015. the loan was paid back to Raymond. mind you they paid raymond aka nikki back but never paid Alfy his money back of which he kept on pushing into Jeff's.
they also commited fraud once again by signing documents with other peoples signatures
