In this moment, we stand united, honoring the legacy of our Baptist heritage. Each heartbeat echoes the resilience of those who walked before us, carrying the torch of truth and devotion.

In the spirit of unity and gratitude, let us embrace this special occasion with prayer, reflection, and a deepened commitment to the faith that defines us.

With gratitude for the past, joy in the present, and hope for the future, let our celebration be a testament of devotion, unity, and God's boundless grace.

The birth of Christ is truly a message of joy! It is an eternal message for all. It is a message to be embraced in the good days and the bad days. Joy has dawned upon the world. And that is something to celebrate!

As we make merry and bask in the joy that the Christmas holiday brings, let's not forget that JESUS is truly the reason for our joy and hope.

That this season is truly a reminder of a promise fulfilled and an eternal hope established and an anticipation of that which is yet to come.

WE NEED JESUS

It takes losing all that we assume is lasting,
Failing when our confidence is high.
Falling when were sure that we are winning,
Suffering through the tragedies of life.

To remind us of how much we need a Savior,
And to cause us to cry out to Him in prayer.
To remind us of His power in our weakness,
And to show us just how much He really cares.

Circumstances far beyond our understanding,
Situations that seem out of control.
The defeats that show our human limitations,
Pain that reaches deep in to our very soul.

Just remind us of how much we need a Savior,
Who can lift us from our sorrow and despair,
Who can Give us strength to face a new tomorrow,
And the peace that comes from knowing He is there.
