Graduated from Advanced Leaders Course(ALC) today meaning I’m on my next step into becoming a Staff Sergeant. In this course I achieved/earned 3 different coins from different Sergant Majors and 2 certificates of Achievements.

The one thing that stands out the most to me is that I was also the Distinguished Honor Grad from my class. Meaning I had the highest grade in that our class. The one thing I went to do and achieved this.

I couldn’t do it with out the support of my wife Jobeth Wiley always telling me I could do it.
