I am so humbled by the overflow of love and kind wishes on my birthday today. Thank you very much, good people.

Looking back at my life so far, I am grateful for all the good, the bad, the happy, and the sad times. For me, all this means one thing, GROWTH!

For all the mistakes and failures, that's my fault. For all the victories and good decisions, it has always been God and the good advice from my friends and colleagues.

Although my birth certificate says 42, my body feels like I am 24, and my mind feels as if I am 65.

I pray for life, protection, favor, and humility.
I pray for courage to continue standing up for what is right. My birthday wish is to see a free Uganda in my lifetime!

We spent the day in Oyam North Constituency preaching the message of liberation to our people there! The population in Northern Uganda has been deliberately impoverished and subdued. The levels of poverty are unbelievable. It was very painful seeing old people asking us if we moved with some food because they are starving! The NRM machinery only comes around during elections. It is then that these people get to see the "government" through the long military convoys driving around regime officials! It is during elections that these people are bribed with as little as 500 Uganda shillings and given new empty promises.

Well, we made several stop-overs around the constituency with our comrade Daniel Okello, and yet again reminded these people about the extent of the problem our country faces and everyone's duty to deliver our nation from this mess. I am grateful to our people for the overwhelming reception, despite all the intimidation and military deployment everywhere! Uganda will be free!

Today, I joined thousands of believers to participate in the annual pilgrimage at Birinzi in Masaka District. This is the birthplace of St Charles Lwanga, one of Uganda's most prominent Martyrs. It was a great honour being commissioned into the Men's Guild of Masaka Diocese at Butembe. I am very humbled by such a heartwarming reception. May God bless us all.

Today, Hon. Ssegirinya Muhammad paid me a visit at home in Magere. I welcomed him from the long period of illegal detention and thanked him for holding up. I also received a call from Hon. Allan Sewanyana who informed me that he is steadily recovering. They assured me that their commitment to our struggle for freedom and democracy still stands firm. They will soon address the nation and respond to the questions many people have been asking. For now, I will wish them a full physical and psychological healing.

It all started in Masaka. its gona end in Masaka tomorrow.

I pray that the Highcourt of Masaka considers our Bail tomorrow on the following grounds:

1.Hon Ssegirinya and Ssewanyana are Ugandans and both have families to cater for.

2. Hon Ssegirinya & Ssewanyana are members of Parliament who were voted massively to represent their people in the 11th Parliament.

4. They have been on remard at kigo Prison for over 2 years without Trial. On this very ground the state in this matter Richard Birivumbuka informed the Trial Judge of ICD Highcourt Kololo that "all investigations in this matter is concluded having collected all the evidence".

5. Due to their illness and having denied them Medical treatment at kigo prison. Yet court had issued orders to prison authority to take Hon Members to any hospital of their comfort.

6. Above all They have substantial sureties.
