Biometric medicine encompasses an entire approach to detecting and treating diseases using electrical pulses and the body's natural mechanisms as an adjunct or alternative to drugs and medical procedures.

In the latest podcast episode I sat down with Guy Odishaw, owner of CerebralFit, for the 2nd time delving deeper into how he uses this approach for those with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, or irritable bowel syndrome and collection known as central sensitization.

Another topic we touched on is heart rate variability which he gives an easy exercise we can all do anywhere.

And lastly talks about anxiety.

This was a fascinating conversation in which his passion and knowledge in this space shone through so you'll definitely want to listen to the end.

It’s the foundation of our physical world, representing the cardinal points, the elements, and the cycles of time. When 4 is repeated in an angel number, like in 42424, it amplifies the need for persistence, discipline, and a grounded approach to life.

Number 2, on the other hand, vibrates with the energies of duality, partnership, and cooperation. It’s the number of balance, diplomacy, and sensitivity towards others. In the context of 42424, the presence of number 2 encourages harmonious relationships and advocates for peace.

I am back after a month hiatus with another solo episode - getting real and talking about how motivation and resolutions do not work and what will work getting you through your health goals in this new year. This topic has come up a lot lately and thought I would do a solo episode on the importance of strength training.

Some of the benefits for women are managing weight and increasing your metabolism, managing chronic conditions like arthritis or back pain, boosting mental health and sharpening thinking skills, and improving sleep quality.

Some of the benefits for older adults, reduces pain and stiffness, improves glycemic control, builds bone density and of course all of the benefits I already mentioned.

One main benefit of course is to maintain or even build muscle mass.
