First Time Tasting AUTHENTIC VIETNAMESE Pancakes 🇻🇳

CAN THO, VIETNAM: While waiting to check in, our homestay host recommended a restaurant called Cần Thơ Farm, which has a farm-to-table concept. We visited the large area at the back of the restaurant, which was filled with vegetables, fruits, herbs, and even animals!

There, we were introduced to another famous Vietnamese dish: Bánh xèo, a crispy yellow turmeric pancake filled with shrimp, pork, and a variety of vegetables. Simple, savoury, and nutritious, you can't miss this while visiting Cần Thơ!

Muang Ngoy is located all the way in the north of Laos and is only reachable by boat. The village with a population of 700 people (or less) is very charming and small but you can find everything you want.
