XHAUST Clan Rules and Regulations
The clan is pretty new, and it's obviously not that grand, but that doesn't mean that we're no longer having rules and conditions that are essential to regulate and maintain a healthy, friendly yet competitive gaming environment.
The founders of this clan would like to express their gratitude towards all existing and interested members for future invites.
To introduce you briefly to what the clan stands for, in giving light to the values we aim to upload, here is a summary on how the clan was formed:
The clan Xhaust were initially only three people; friends who always seem to have each other's back whenever one needs another. COD Mobile has been their way to escape from the reality of how tiring life may get sometimes. It has been their method of releasing stress from troubled environments, just like how exhausts from motors and fans function. From the word EXHAUST, the letter "E" was removed for out of the founders' unique names, it's the only letter that they appear to have in common, making the word "exhaust" incomplete by choice to provide future members a space to fill in. The missing E now stands for Energy that the rest of the members supply to keep the clan going, just like how it keeps an exhaust functioning. You are the energy that the clan needs.
Thank you and congratulations for becoming a member of our clan, XHAUST!
The following are the clan's rules and regulations:
Basic Rules:
Rule #1: RESPECT
A. To accept your fellow members for who they are and abide by their personal rules. If someone doesn't want to be treated a certain way, then respect them and don't do it.
B. Be respectful of your teammates especially when in-game. No form of verbal abuse will be tolerated. Always be mindful of your words.
C. As much as possible, avoid trash-talking enemies when it's unnecessary to do so. However, when you or one of your teammates are experiencing awful treatment from opponents, do not be afraid to stand up amongst yourselves. We do not tolerate any form of derogatory actions. Note: Know where you place yourselves at all times. ALWAYS choose to be in the right.
D. The race, creed, or religion of an XHAUST member shall not be the topic of jokes, cruel remarks, or insults. Disrespect of any kind over race, creed or religion will result to automatic suspension.
E. It is okay to cuss/curse when in certain situations, especially when screwed over by a latency issue or a hacker for example. However, as a member of this clan it is important that we show that we rise not just in skill, but in maturity. So EXCESSIVE use of foul words will also not be tolerated and will result to a warning.
F. No sexism: The gender of an XHAUST member shall not be the topic of jokes, cruel remarks, or insults. Disrespect of any kind over gender will result to automatic suspension.
Rule #2: HONESTY
A. Honesty is pretty self-explanatory. Don't do or say anything that even comes close to being considered as lying during forums or when in-game.
B. Cheating is not an XHAUST member attribute. No cheaters allowed here.
OFFENSE RESULTS:
1. Warning - a verbal warning from a higher ranking member to inform any one who failed to abide by any of the rules.
2. Suspension - a member who is set for suspension will not be allowed to be invited to any scrim, tournament or regular team-up(s) with any of the non-suspended members for a period of fourteen (14) days. Non-suspended members inviting members under suspension will be given a first warning, then when caught again, an automatic Ban.
3. Expulsion/Banning - a member who is set for expulsion will be given a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours to leave the clan and remove their tag, and will no longer be allowed to re-enter the clan. (Any returnable incentive/reward an expelled member received will not be subject for return/exchange).
RECRUITING RULES:
1. When a member is recruiting anyone for the clan, they must inform any of the higher ranking clan members (Clan master, Vice Master, Secretary, Lead Spectator) first to process the entry of the newly recruited member.
2. Clan applicants must undergo three basic process before becoming an official member: 1v1s, short chat interview, attaching of clan tag.
A. 1v1s:

- each round must only take a maximum of five (5) minutes to complete.
- in order to pass, an applicant must win at least one (1) of the said rounds.
B. Short Chat Interview
- Short Chat Interviews will be conducted by one available higher ranking official. (If no higher ranking official is available, it is their job to personally appoint other members to conduct the interview).
- The Short Interviews can be administered through Direct Message on the applicant's personal Facebook account or through Voice chat on COD Mobile Lobby.
- This interview is only a test to evaluate the applicant's attitude and communication.
C. Attaching of Clan Tag
- XHSTっ is the official clan tag of XHAUST clan.
- An applicant who passed the first two processes will be given a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours to attach the tag to their IGN.
- Once the clan tag is attached, the applicant will be recognized as an official new member of the clan.
3. If a member/a new recruit has multiple accounts they wish to add to the clan, they must inform a higher ranking official to add their accounts accordingly, as long as their accounts meet the clan requirements.
