Oh s**t, it's finally February.

1 month of Elevated Mindfulness down and I never felt so grounded and clear. I focused on embracing the newness January brings and exploring new opportunities without fear and anxiety but with excitement and curiosity.

Some January wins:
💪🏾 Work has been crazy! But new processes I've implemented are making a positive impact. And I'm discovering new ways to tap into my creativity and innovativity and was able to produce some amazing results for membership value.
💪🏾I have been socializing yall! Like being outside doing activities with friends and s**t. I even went on a group trip to Deep Creek with some dope ass people and felt safe with them. When you've had bad experiences in the past the trauma triggers be real. But i genuinely enjoyed myself and felt embraced by everyone.
💪🏾My new therapist and I finally hit our stride. The first few conversations have been real awkward. I think we were gauging each other's vibes. But today, we had a breakthrough and the vibe finally connected.

There have been some private life challenges but I'm grateful inspite of.

Just moving forward with gratitude and grace. Looking forward to focusing on Self this month. A little self-love and care ain't hurt nobody.

One of my biggest problems is I get in my own way and end up self sabotaging and messing up the new beginnings and opportunities that come. And I self sabotage because I fear success. But this year, I'm embracing new beginnings and opportunities and allowing Spirit to keep me grounded and in flow along the way.

New Orleans has truly gifted us with an unforgettable experience! This journey was all about embracing spontaneity and flowing with life’s unpredictable charm. For so long, anxiety shackled me, hindering me from diving into the myriad of experiences I yearned for.

But this city, with its effervescent culture and historic charm, served as a transformative backdrop, allowing me to break free and be wholly present in every moment. By aligning with the power of intention and synchronizing with our manifestations, our needs and desires were met with an ease that felt almost magical, leaving us wanting for nothing during our stay.

In the midst of New Orleans’ vibrant rhythm and enchanting ambiance, I found myself navigating life with a newfound sense of freedom and spontaneous joy, surrendering to the city’s captivating allure and cherishing its unscripted delights. It’s a city brimming with vitality, where every corner has a story to tell, and every interaction is a unique dance.

Overcoming anxiety is a monumental journey, and this trip has been a pivotal chapter in my personal growth and self-exploration. As someone who struggles with mental health challenges I have a deeper appreciation of moments in the light. It can seem like forever under depression and anxiety dark clouds but I find solace in God's everlasting love for me.
