What drives us forward?
It's not the fear of death, nor the fear of failure.
It's this two words which we have heard since we were a child but their meaning in our life has constantly evolved.
Hope and Love.
When we are broken, exhausted and that moment when we think of giving it all up, we nod and shrug away the pain to go that extra mile.

An air pilot was severely injured during a flight test which led him to lose his power of movement. Doctors said he can never move without a wheelchair and that most of his bones are broken. 5 years later, one fine day he stood up and walked away from the hospital to meet his family. This defied logic, doctors where shocked in awe by his impossible recovery.

It's the power of hope and love that made him stronger and stronger. Love can be someone specific or loving life in general.
Humanity is reaching different heights everyday and we are adapting to survive.
We are superhumans.
Cheers to that!

There's something strange about us. There's a reason we wake up in the morning, go to work even though we might not be feeling well sometimes. Smile even though we are going through the worst times, hiding away our pain only to look forward to a new day, a new beginning.
Hope. We cling on to this word. The whole world does.
Although we are going through the toughest of times but that will not deter us. This is what makes us human.
Take your safety measures and let us fight together.
And maybe one day, victory will be ours.

Ever crossed the road while it was still red?
It's okay, I know. You could see the cars coming at a certain speed but you were sure you could cross it safely.
Ever did something that you were not supposed to?
For sure.
Talking to friends in class while the teachers told you not to. Not listening to your parents about something they have told you is very important.
Don't meet that friend, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol.
But you know how it turned out.
We share an addiction. We do things that we are not supposed to because it gives us a certain high. Maybe makes us feel superior, makes us feel alive. You must love breaking the rules.
Oh we can feel that adrenaline rush!

But this time it's not about you.

You have parents, grandparents at home who have grown old. All throughout their lives they have loved you and they just want to live a little more so that they can watch you evolve.
They are at risk. Yes they are!
This recent outbreak of the virus have claimed a lot of lives around the world. But according to studies it is claimed that people above the age of 60 are at the highest risk.
According to some reports, even if you catch the virus your chances of being quarantined is high and most probably you'll recover from it. But they won't. Your parents, your grandparents at home does not have the luxury to even step out.
So remember!
You can be the carrier of this virus, knowingly or unknowingly and you can be the reason they get infected. There will be no second chance this time. They will have to face the wrath.
So please please please don't take any risk. Stay at home if you can. Listen to what we are being told. Because we will too.
This is not about you.
It is about them. It is about others.
So for once live for them.
Live for others.
I know you will. Take care everyone.

There will be moments, when you want to give up. You might feel you are unlucky and that nothing good is going to happen. But you are wrong.
You will rise. Like Leo has. He was diagnosed with growth hormone deficiency and doctors said he can't play at the top level but we know where he is now, at the top. He is the top.
So don't go down. Rise.

This is the only way forward.
Icons like Geeta Phogat, Saina Nehwal, Sania Mirza, Mary Kom, P.T. Usha are examples of women who never cared about social norms.
They only cared about their goal.
They make our country proud.
They dared to dream. They broke through. Now is your time.

A true story featuring a real inspiration, Geeta Phogat (the first Indian woman to win a gold medal in Wrestling at the Commonwealth Games). Geeta comes from...

When life brings you down and you feel that you should give up, think about what one of our former Indian Captain did, when he was left out of the team unfairly.
He came back stronger and not only did he play again for his country but now he is the President of BCCI.
Biggest comeback ever!

Azaadi.
