►The alternate way of getting to your minecraft folder is by launching minecraft and navigating to the resource packs in settings and opening the resource pack folder.
►The default minecraft directory is:
C:\Users\***(Your profile)***\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
(You may have to enable hidden files)
