We’ve released a new EP from and .clees titled Mémoires for Solo Vibraphone. It’s a beautiful suite of 3 pieces written by Tristan and performed by Arthur, in memory of Jambal bassist Maxime Peter Igisch, who tragically passed in a car crash weeks before the release of the bands debut album. Says Tristan of the music and his friend Maxime: “These pieces…are an attempt to capture the mystery and newness of our musical explorations during our collaboration and also the feelings of nostalgia and distance I feel when recalling them. I hope to carry Maxime’s adventurous and open spirit with me for my whole life and these compositions are my thank you to him for this beautiful gift.”
