A primeira coisa que faço é reservar um local tranquilo e livre de distrações, onde eu possa me concentrar totalmente nos meus estudos. Mantenho minha mesa limpa e arrumada, com todos os materiais necessários ao alcance. Uma área de estudo organizada ajuda a manter o foco e reduz a tentação de se distrair com outras coisas.

Além disso, fecho todas as janelas extras do navegador e desativo o celular.
Com certeza essa preparação antes dos estudos irão de ajudar!

The first thing I do is set aside a quiet, distraction-free place where I can fully concentrate on my studies. Keep my desk clean and tidy, with all necessary materials within reach. An organized study area helps you stay focused and reduces the temptation to get distracted by other things.
