One of the painful stories comes from the village aloora shopian . Along before a young boy namely Muhammad Ishaq pala who lived in a small village(aloora shopian) of South Kashmir thrown into the jail under terrible act of 120B in shopian and jammu. More than 13-years he lost his childhood in jail . None of the jails he has left unattended owing to the undeniable atrocities and
Cruelities of India government. He has been left free by all the Court , and in all trials but still he is not left free from chains and fetters that have made him lost his childhood in isolation, away from his mother, who has been waiting for him for more than 13-years
Inside the small cell in jail amphala , away from his mother, relatives and friends , Muhammad Ishaq pala lost his precious childhood.
His mother Fatima who is 80 years old, has almost lost her eye sight ,because every moment the memories of Ishaq Pala make her cry of pain. Everytime an ocean of tears can be seen flowing down her wrinkled cheeks.
She has made thousand rounds of courts since her son Ishaq Pala was detained and imprisoned. She visited government offices attended Court hearing with the hope her son will be freed.Unfortunately the detention was prolonged without bail. The long absence of Ishaq Pala is driving her mother Fatima mad. She is now fighting multiple battles for her son. As her health deteriorates, she suffers from sleeplessness, high blood pressure, weakness, etc. And now feels helplessness inspite of being among likes of her son, who can raise voice for her son. Imagine yourself to be in place of Ishaq pala. What would have been your feelings for your mother.Everytime Court says that he will be soon realised but unfortunately that bright day never came.
Also due to the NOVEL COVID-19 the relatives of Ishaq pala are panic because in jails no social distance kept, as more than 20 prisoners are pleased in a single room with no facilities available to combat the problems.
