S1 Episode 22: Expressive and Explicit Words in Music and Life

In this episode, Tangie and Alicia chat about kids using explicit words. What would grandma, auntie or your neighbor think if they heard your child saying a “bad” word - especially if it were in context? We believe in the importance of holding space for expression and allowing our kids to explore words within each environment. Trust us, grandma will let them know if she’s uncomfortable with a certain word and these interactions will give kids a much deeper understanding of how all words work.

Listen as we discuss:
-Our Perspective of Music as an Expression of Art and Poetry --Meaning of Words From Our Own Experiences as Children
-Spiral of Conditioning From Childhood to Adulthood
-Tangie Unravels of A Very Specific Word from Alicia’s Childhood

Before and After Colon Hydrotherapy

From Tangie: "Losing 4 inches from my waist was a huge deal and really exciting for me but I have to say the biggest difference for me is in my face. I have less swelling and inflammation in body overall. You can tell when you look at my nose that it was a lot more swollen before. I also noticed less yellowing of my skin and a reduced appearance of dark circles under my eyes. At the time of this writing, I've had 3 colonics. I would recommend trying it at least once. I plan to visit once or twice a year. If it's available to you, go for gravity hydrotherapy rather than a colonic that uses pressurized water - the end result is similar but gravity hydrotherapy is just more comfortable and doesn't cause cramping. Also, I'm not a doctor. Trust your gut, your doctor, your homeopath or whomever you consult for your personal health."
