Monday will feature another climbing focused episode, but from a different perspective. Adam Nearing is a route setter at Seven Bays, the local bouldering gym. Join us to hear about the route setting process, his time spent in New Zealand after graduation, and the challenges associated with working so close to one of his hobbies.

Chronologically, this episode was recorded after Ben Todd's, and before Tor Kitching's. So there are a few references that are perhaps outdated, but hopefully you find the conversation engaging nonetheless.
