One great thing about the Fifth & Ludlow open house that took place on the 23rd at the Dayton Metro Library were the people who came interested in Dayton history, but walked away with a whole new appreciation for audio production.

One of the most-watched videos was this one on the production of Part 1: Under the Bathtub. The grant from Montgomery County, Ohio and Culture Works was an artists grant, and I appreciate them seeing what I do as art, because I truly believe it is.

In 2008, a family in Dayton, Ohio was remodeling an original bathroom of their 1927 house. During the process, they unearthed a letter and two envelopes in near perfect condition dating back over 90 years.

The letter, from a man simply named "Will" is vague, secretive, and mysterious. The envelopes paint an even more confusing picture.

Fifth & Ludlow tells the story of 1920s Dayton through the lens of the letter, and aims to answer who the people were and what Will meant in his letter.
