Another successful week.

Pulled double duty in the Pro Lates and 305s with Blue Collar Racing Monday night.

Set QuickTime in qualifying with a 18.144 lap for the late model division. That had us starting 4th in heat 1 due to an invert. Couldn’t get the car rolling and finished 3rd. Lined up 5th in the feature and worked my way up to 3rd. Couldn’t find the fast lane til 5 to go.

Next up with BCRL was the 305 division where we qualified 4th fastest. That would have us line up 2nd in heat 2. Dropped the ball hard and fell to 3rd. With the poor performance we rolled off 6th in the feature. Had a good battle for the lead early on but settled into 3rd for the remainder of the race.

Tuesday night we traveled to Lanier with Race Chatter Racings 360 division. We qualified 5th out of 11 cars which had us starting 3rd in heat 1. Managed to grab a spot for a 2nd place finish. Rolled off 3rd in the feature battled for the lead for a few laps and settled into 2nd. Around halfway to go I fell to 3rd. A late race mistake by the leader put us back to 2nd. Had opportunities to attempt for the lead but didn’t feel comfortable. Beyond happy with a 2nd place finish with that field.

Solid week after a week off on vacation.

3rd in the late models and 6th in 305s with Blue Collar Racing

Decided to run out of my element with Race Chatter Racing in the 360 and 410 sprints. Solid 4th in the 360s and a 3rd in the 410s.

🏁🎉 Wrapping Up Week 10 and Gearing Up for the Final Stretch! 🎉🏁

As the dust settles on another thrilling week of racing, we bid farewell to week 10 and shift gears into week 11. With just two weeks left in the season, the excitement is at an all-time high!

We hope you all savored the adrenaline rush at Daytona and felt the roar of engines at the Gator Nationals. Remember, for all your dirt racing needs, week in and week out, we've got you covered. Stay tuned as we sprint towards the finish line of this season and rev up for the next one. And hey, between us... we might just be expanding our setup shop with some brand-new car(s) joining the fleet soon. 😉 But let's keep that under wraps for now!

Another solid night of racing. Made the last minute decision and swapped the 360 motor in and headed to Limaland. Car was terrible in hot laps but made some changes and qualified 2nd out of 11 cars. Started on the pole of heat 2 and led all 8 laps. Lined up outside pole for the 30 lap feature. Managed to stick with Gavin throughout most of the race but just couldn’t get comfortable enough to try anything. Beyond happy to finish behind someone as skilled as him. Probably take the rest of the week off and be back on Monday with Blue Collar Racing. All in all a great week back. 2 second place finishes and another top 10.

Last night’s results with Blue Collar Racing at Volusia Speedway Park

Started the night out defending the late model championship. Missed the mark in qualifying and went 5th fastest. Lined up 3rd in heat 1 and made a mistake on the opening lap causing us to fall to 4th and ride there the rest of the race. Lined up 13th in the 30 lap feature. First 5 laps couldn’t make anything happen on the high side so decided to try the bottom and found something that worked. Battled with multiple drivers en route to a runner up finish in the 17 car field.

Then looked to run with the 305 division. Qualified 8th out of 17 cars. A car missed the lineup for heat 4 setting us up on the pole. Found the lead early and managed to grab that race. Lined up 4th for the 30 lap feature. Managed to get 3rd fairly early and hangout there for awhile. Around halfway the bottom started going away and fell back to 8th. Made a few things work and managed to get 6th at the line.

All in all a good first week and a lot to build on.

Back to back Pro Late Model champion with Blue Collar Racing and a solid runner up in the 305s. Gonna hopefully take this momentum into next season and go for #3 in the late models as well as another top 3 in 305s. Can’t thank everyone enough for a solid season.

Solid night at Lincoln in both the pro late models and 305s with Blue Collar Racing.

Started out the night going 2nd quick in time trials out of 12 cars. That put us starting 4th in the 2nd heat. Not too sure what went wrong but fell to the tail and managed to get back to 5th. Rolled out 10th for the feature with the only goal of finishing the race and having a good points night. We did just that. Stayed patient and worked our way up to a 3rd place finish and a nice boost in the points standings.

Tried to take the confidence into the 305s. I was a hot lap hero and that was about it. Qualified 5th overall out of 12 cars. That set us up to roll off 2nd in heat 1. Made some bad moves and finished 3rd. Lined up 5th in the feature. Had some momentum early challenging for a podium position then got freight trained back to 10th. Salvaged a 6th place finish and chipped away at the points as well.

Currently sitting 3rd in the pro lates and 2nd in the 305s heading into next week’s championship night at Cedar Lake. I’ll be live as we look to capture our 2nd late model championship and contend for the 305 title as well.

Wow. Only way summarize the night.

Decided to try my hand in UMPs at Lernerville with the Thursday Night Throwdown sponsored by White Knuckle Setup & Graphics Shop

Started the night off almost as bad as I could. Qualified 17th out of 21 cars. Nearly half a second off pace.

That had us starting 9th in Heat 1. Made our way up to 7th 3 spots out of a transfer…or so I thought.

Consolations weren’t ran so we lined up 13th for the 50 lap feature. Slowly made our way to 6th passing 5th multiple times only for yellows to come out. Around lap 25 we were hit in turns 3&4 and dropped back to 8th. Fast forward to 10 to go and we managed to get back up to 6th. Car in front of us had severe wheel damage allowing us to get by and cruise home to a solid 5th place finish.

I can’t thank BigBob Gaming enough for the words of encouragement and giving me pointers after a terrible qualifying effort.

Also wanna thank the guys over at White Knuckle for building bad fast setups. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without them.

Hopefully be back next week for the race at Eldora but as of right now may try to run with the Flat Out Racing League Fixed 305 Sprint Car Series Saturday night and the Blue Collar Racing league Monday night.

Little recap from Monday with Blue Collar Racing at Knoxville.

Started off strong in qualifying going 4th out of 11 cars. That put us starting 3rd in Heat 1. Took the lead on lap 1 rolled the bottom to finish with a 1.7 second gap on 2nd. That would put us on the pole for the feature. We got caught sleeping on the start but gathered it back up and lead the first half of the race. At the halfway point I got set up with a perfect cross over and slowly started falling back. Ended up finishing 5th. Not a great result but moved up to 4th in points and helped us in a big way towards a championship.

Qualifying: 4th
Heat: 3rd-1st
Feature: 1st-5th

We then tried our hand in the 305s.
Started out strong in qualifying going 3rd fastest out of 11 cars. We lined up 3rd in the 3rd heat. With 4 to go we pulled off a slider and coasted to a Heat win. That put us starting 3rd( seems like a reoccurring thing in 305s) in the feature. Going into turn 3 on the first lap the leader bobbled forcing us to check up and receive a shot from a car behind us. Something was off from that point on. Kept it in 3rd till the later half of the race ultimately finishing 4th. With that effort we moved into 3rd for the 305 championship.

Feature: 3rd-4th

Little recap from the week.

Monday night we rolled out with the Blue Collar Racing league at I-55. In the late models we missed the line for qualifying with a 6th place lap. Heat 2 we started 2nd found the lead early and coasted to the win. Come feature time we’d line up 2nd manage to get around 1st and settle in for the 2nd win on the season and helping us stay alive for a championship. Currently 4th in points

Later that evening we tried our hand in 305 division. Qualified 5th overall which lined us up 3rd in the first heat. Couldn’t find anything and finished where we started. For the feature we lined up 5th. Made some moves early and settled into a podium position. With 2 to go a small bump knocked us out of our grove and we finished 5th. Currently 5th in points

Tonight we ventured out with the Flat Out League at Eldora. It would be a night of 3rds. Qualified 3rd. Started 3rd in the heat race and had a nice battle with BigBob Gaming for a few laps. Managed to clear him and settle for 3rd. Come feature time you guessed it, started 3rd. Stayed close with the leaders and made a move on lap 10. Went a little too early and it backfired. Settled into 3rd and rode it out there all race.

Possibly back in action Monday night with the BCRL at Knoxville.

Ya win some and lose some. Started the night off in Flat Out Racing League Fixed 305 Sprint Car Series with a 2nd overall qualifying lap. That put us starting 2nd in the heat where we were able to grab the win. Started 1st in the feature and bad luck struck sending us to the tail. Managed to get back to the front and run the leader down in the closing 24 laps. If we had 5 more laps we woulda had a shot.

Last night did not go as planned in our league races but we’re still sitting top 5 in both divisions. Results will be posted soon. We do have some potential big news but currently ironing out the details. Stay tuned for that

Went out with the Flat Out Racing League Fixed 305 Sprint Car Series last night at Fairbury. Had some difficulties in pre race tech, didn’t really have a chance to get my line dialed in during hot laps.

Qualified 2nd.

Heat race didn’t go exactly as planned as coming into 2 on the last lap the wall reached out and took the front end out of it. Managed to limp it home in 3rd.

Lined up 3rd in the 25 lap feature. Managed to work the bottom the first 5 or so laps and fall into second behind BigBob Gaming. He’d keep a solid second lead over me up to halfway until the wall claimed another. I managed to get around him and somehow keep him behind me. Hats off to Bob for throwing everything he had and making me earn it. Probably the best race him and I have had since the leagues opener last season at Port.
