Beef Steak Rice Bowl 👩🏻‍🍳Full Recipe, Ingredients: To Beef Steak Rice Bowl, * Cooking Process, 1. preparing a piece of steak at room temperature 3. Season steak with salt and pepper and Put olive oil on it 4. Put a lot of olive oil on the heated pan 5. When there's a bit of smoke, put the meat on pan 6. When the meat is cooked medium or medium-well done, Add a piece of butter because to flavourful scent 7. Cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes, Let the juices in the middle spread all over the meat through the restring process 8. cut it into thin slices 9. Cut an onion and put the meat in the pan 10. Drumstick 👩🏻‍🍳Full Recipe, Ingredients - For Korean Sweet&Spicy Chicken Sauce * 1C Starch Syrup * 1/2T Gochujang * 1/2T Soy Sauce * 1T Ketchup * 1T Sugar * 2 pieces of Garlic * 2t Chili oil * Pepper Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375F 2. Make cuts on the top of the chicken leg then Push it down and make the meat round. 3. The meat and cartilage on the top, Grab it with a kitchen towel and rip it off. (Leave only the bones) 4. Seasoning with SALT, PEPPER, SUGAR, SMOKED PAPRIKA POWDER, OLIVE OIL 5. Put it in a preheated oven, Cook it for 1 Hour. 6. Very dip in Korean Sweet and spicy Chicken sauce. Have some YUM😁

Baked Eggplant Rollatini 👩🏻‍🍳Full Recipe, Servings: 5 Calories: 263Kcal * 2 Large Eggplants, Sliced about 1\4inch * 1/2C Ricotta cheese * 1/2C Parmesan cheese * 1 Egg * 2 Garlic cloves * 3T basil, chopped * 1/4t Salt * 1/2t Black pepper * 2,1/2C Tomato sauce * 1/2C Mozzarella cheese 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Slice and salt eggplant: First, remove the stems from the eggplant. Cut eggplant lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices. Salt on both sides and let sit to “sweat” for 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towel and wipe off remaining salt. Note: this process removes excess moisture from the eggplant and prevents a watery rollatini. 3. Bake eggplant: Lay eggplant on a lightly greased pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. Note: this softens the eggplant so you can easily roll it with the filling. 4. Mix filling together: While eggplant is baking, add to a bowl: ricotta cheese, parmesan, egg, salt & pepper, minced garlic, and fresh basil. Mix together. 5. Prepare rollatini: Then spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of your casserole or baking dish. After eggplant has cooled spoon 1-2 Tablespoons of ricotta filling on eggplant, then roll and lay in baking dish with sauce. Repeat until finished. 6. Bake: Spoon 1 to 1 1/2 cups of marinara sauce over eggplant, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil or lid and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 minutes. Have a very yum😊

Beef & Guinness Stew🍯 👩🏻‍🍳Full Recipe, Servings: 6 Calories: 646cal * 2 tbsp olive oil * 2.5 lb / 1.25 kg beef chuck * 3/4 tsp each salt and black pepper * 3 garlic cloves, minced * 2 onions, chopped * 6 oz / 180g bacon,diced * 3 tbsp flour (all purpose) * 440ml / 14.9oz Guinness Beer * 4 tbsp tomato paste * 3 cups (750 ml) chicken stock/broth * 3 carrots, peeled and cut * 2 large celery stalks, cut into 2cm (1”) * 2 bay leaves * 3 sprigs thyme (or sub with 1 tsp dried thyme leaves) 1. Cut the beef into 5cm/2” chunks. Pat dry then sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. Heat oil in a heavy based pot over high heat. Add beef in batches and brown well all over.�Remove onto plate. Repeat with remaining beef. 3. Lower heat to medium. If the pot is looking dry, add oil. 4. Cook garlid and onion for 3 minutes until softening, then add bacon 5. Cook until bacon is browned, then stir through carrot and celery. 6. Add flour, and stir for 1 minute, to cook off the flour. 7. Add Guinness, chicken broth/stock and tomato paste. Mix well (to ensure flour dissolves well), add bay leaves and thyme. 8. Return beef into the pot (including any juices). 9. Cover, lower heat so it is bubbling gently. Cook for 2 hours - the beef should be pretty tender by now. Remove lid then simmer for a further 30 - 45 minutes or until the beef falls apart at a touch, the sauce has reduced and thickened slightly. 10. Skim off fat on surface, if desired. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaves and thyme. 11. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and peas! Enjoy it😊

Tamago Sushi Full Recipe👩🏻‍🍳 ◉ Ingredients: 3C White Rice for Sushi 3T Japanese sweet water For Tamago 1/2C Water 1/2t Mirin 1/4t Salt 1/4C Sugar 9 Eggs ◉Cooking process: 1. Making white rice for sushi 2. After done the rice put on a bowl with three spoons of Japanese sweet water and mix it well 3. Cover it with a wet kitchen towel 4. Make the Tamago 5. Mix it well 6. Fold the kitchen towel, put it in a small bowl and add some oil 7. Oil a frying pan by oil filled kitchen towel 8. Pour the egg water and set the heat to medium low 9. When the egg is half cooked Fold it in half and push it forward 10. Put the egg-water under the cooked egg When it's half cooked, fold it in half and push it forward again 11. Please repeat (10-11) until it looks like bread👩🏻‍🍳 12. Slice tamale 13. Put water on your hands to make sushi rice 14. put Tamago on top and put the piece of seaweed around it 15. It’s done. Chili Oil Noodle Full Recipe👩🏻‍🍳 Serve: 1 ◉ Ingredients - Any favourite noodle ▪︎For Sauce - 1/2 Chopped green onion - 1p Chopped Garlic - 2t Red pepper powder - 1t Sugar - 2t Dark soy sauce - 1T Tzuyu - 1/2t Chicken powder - 1t Sesame seed - 3T Oil ▪︎For Garnish - 1 Egg - 50g Ground meat - 1/3 Sliced Green onion ◉ Cooking process 1. Making a sauce in a bowl 2. Boil 3T oil until there's some smoke 3. Pour the oil into a bowl 4. Mix it with chopsticks or fork 5. Fry the egg as a chinese style (or Preferred of cooked eggs) 6. Seasoning the ground meat with salt and pepper then stir-fry it 7. Add a little bit of dark soy sauce to create a color 8. Boil the noodles and drain them completely then put in the bowl 9.
