1)- what time of day would having my stream up would be the most convenient for you? 11am? 8pm? 2pm?

2)- what would you actually want to see/hear to want to have the stream on? New content? Gaming history discussion? Multi-player? Solo player? (I know Holly wants me to play horror, youre not alone)
Perhaps therapy and real life conversations?

3)- would you want to participate or learn or be a speaker? This can be depending on how you answered the above, and can totally be 'I like supporting through being a viewer'.

How do leaders and people in positions of power deal with the negative and misunderstanding feedback that comes from those who don't appreciate the necessary truths?

If you have someone you know and love, and they make poor decisions for themselves (i.e drive drunk), then how do you respond?

Do you avoid the conflict and just try to relate and make them happy?

Or do you confront and do 'whats right' even if they end up mad or resentful with you?

How do you cope with the loss, the resentment, the bitterness of that result?

Even with soft consistent positive encouragement, there tends to come a time where its not enough, and personal responsibility and reality ends up trumping the benefits of enablement through affirmation?

How does one encourage personal responsibility without enabling, or better curbing, the inevitable resistance of comfort and habits?

No, to the one person out there, this isn't about you

Its relevant to my work and personal life in a multitude of ways and I am having some anxiety from the results of being a firm leader for the better of the team/family around me.

Hey guys!

The midnight streams are too much for me to keep up with, and many dont seem to be sociable at that hour.

So I need more community to help me stay involved at those hours, or I could do mornings. Or I could do weekends more fully.

I think a weekly event would be wonderful too. Fellow streamers and gamers. Let's make a presence. Follow presences!

I know a black community creator Juice Lee that I dearly love and appreciate his energy. He does a podcast every Thursday. He brings together black and supportive community together to discuss real world topics. I love it man.

I love and encourage challenging and growing the community, and would love to get something bigger and bring international culture into the circle.

I am looking for some volunteers (or small time commision) as well. I need help with:
Facebook Group Expert /moderation
Discord Server Expert /moderation
Someone with Social Media presence work (graphics design)
Video Editing Help

Please help me out and get involved so I can learn how to be the best content creator I can.
