Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 6 pm (PST), former CDCR Lt. Hector Bravo will join us and discuss the increase in murders and officer assaults within CDCR. What is causing this? Was it the decision by the Governor's Office to release all Death Row inmates from Death Row in San Quentin and spread them throughout the state? Are inmates just more violent? How do you, as a correctional officer, or hope to be a correctional officer in CDCR, survive the current trend? Join us!

LE Legend Andrew Monti shares the events of one of the most shocking bank robberies in U.S. history.
If you love God, Family, Country, Whiskey and a Great Cigar, this Podcast is for you!
Law enforcement legend former Sheriff Andrew Delgado-Monti, shares the true story of that dreadful day that changed the lives of many innocent people. He will take us back in time describing the events before, during and after the infamous Norco Bank robbery. 5 young men. completely destroyed 32 police vehicles.
It is noted as one of the most spectacular bank robberies in U.S. history. This “cinematic” true crime story transports listeners to the scene of one of the most shocking bank heists in U.S. history—a crime that’s almost too wild to be real (The New York Times Book Review). Norco ’80 tells the story of how five heavily armed young men—led by an apocalyptic born–again Christian—attempted a bank robbery that turned into one of the most violent criminal events in U.S. history, forever changing the face of American law enforcement.
Part action thriller and part courtroom drama, Andrew Monti will transport the listener back to the Southern California of the 1970s, an era of predatory evangelical gurus, doomsday predictions, megachurches, and soaring crime rates, with the threat of nuclear obliteration looming over it all. In this riveting true story, a group of landscapers transforms into a murderous gang of bank robbers armed to the teeth with military–grade weapons. Their desperate getaway turns the surrounding towns into war zones. And when it’s over, three are dead and close to twenty wounded; a police helicopter has been forced down from the sky, and thirty–two police vehicles have been completely demolished by thousands of rounds of ammo.
The resulting trial shakes the community to the core, raising many issues that continue to plague society today: from the epidemic of post–traumatic stress disorder within law enforcement to religious extremism and the militarization of local police forces.

Podcast is for YOU!
This is a Podcast where you can enjoy a Cigar and Whisky with Bobby and David. While watching true American Heroes and Legends share their stories.
Meet our Hosts
Bobby Arce was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He joined the Phoenix Police Department at the age of twenty-one. In March of 2005, he retired after twenty-three years of service. Like all rookie cops, he worked patrol out of the old Sky Harbor Station (now known as Central City Precinct). He primarily worked the barrios just east of downtown Phoenix and then worked as a walking beat cop in the city housing projects just east of downtown. At the time, if one wanted to advance their career into any of the sexy investigative assignments, you had to work and prove yourself working the walking beat--it is where he learned to be a cop.
He was at ground zero for the cocaine/crack cocaine exploitation that hit the U.S. in the early to mid-80s. When he joined the P.D., he had two immediate goals: He wanted to work with gangs and undercover narcotics. After leaving the uniform walking beat assignment, he transferred to the precinct-level street crimes unit; it was a plainclothes assignment working property and drug cases and hunting fugitives. He then moved to undercover narcotics, where he started working with a street-level buy unit, and then moved to working primarily multi-ounce heroin and pound/kilo drug buys of cocaine with the DEA. He then transferred to a police-operated undercover storefront property sting operation, where we bought stolen cars, guns, and residential and commercial property burglary loot.
He later transferred to the gang unit, where he investigated gang-related shootings/assaults/homicides while assigned to the gang investigations unit. He later moved to the FBI Violent Street Gang/Organized Task Force. He worked on numerous high-profile
