After a tough start to 2024 at Lake Murray, took a trip down to Chickamauga to fish the No Limit Big Bass Tournaments by Native Watercraft and Tennessee B.A.S.S. Nation Kayak Anglers Series event this weekend. Got a little redemption! Found a bite pretty early in the day that stayed pretty consistent all day. I managed to put fish on the board all the way up till lines out.

Finished 4th out of 133 in the No Limit tournament and 9th out of 89 in the TN Bass event!

Huge shout out to Kayaks & More, LLC for all their support! Also gotta thank Native Watercraft for their support and for putting on a great event!

Finished up the 2023 season this past weekend on KY lake for the USA Bassin National Kayak Trail Classic. After a small limit on day 1, I found a few decent fish on day 2 was able to slide into the top 10 with a 7th place finish. Not exactly the results I was hoping for but that's fishing.

Recap for the year I fished 19 tournaments. Finished 6th in the AOY race for the Tennessee B.A.S.S. Nation Kayak Anglers Series, and 4th in the Kayaks & More Tournament Trail AOY race.

Memories made this season will last a lifetime!

Huge shoutout to Kayaks & More, LLC for all the help along the way. LCL Outdoors for hooking me up with baits. Also gotta thank Native Watercraft for there support.

My mind is already focused on 2024. It kicks off at Dale Hollow in Dec!

A little smallmouth action from the Tennessee B.A.S.S. Nation Kayak Anglers Series event on Pickwick. Ended up finishing 14th out of 56. Had 2 good smallies in my bag but couldn't find my 5th keeper. This year fishing the Tennessee River lakes has been a blast!

Another weekend bassin! Took a trip down to Watts Bar Lake for the Tennessee B.A.S.S. Nation Kayak Anglers Series event there. After finding a few small keepers early, I made a move and stumbled on some decent smallie. Definitely blind luck when it comes to smallmouth fishing for me but I'll take it! Finished 6th out of 54. Congrats to Marcas Grubbs on the 2nd place finish!

Had a tough outing at Barren River Lake - US Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District during stop number #4 of Kayaks & More Tournament Trail. First time I didn't turn in a score able fish in over a year of tournaments. On a plus I did find a few bedding fish. I managed to hook 3 different ones and lost them before landing them. 😔. Congrats to my teammate Marcas Grubbs on the win.
