Just thought I would update everyone on the state of the podcast. As you have noticed there have been no new episodes for a few months now, this is due to the fact that I will be starting work in a couple of weeks, so the episodes will not be as a regular, in simple terms I will put out an episode when I possibly can, this will be the case for at least nine months, possibly longer.

I am currently in the process of creating my next product unboxing and demonstration. This time, it’s my newly purchased set of Bose quiet comfort 45 series noise cancelling headphones. Whether this demonstration will be featured in the 1st of January episode will depend on the duration of my apps of the year feature as well, but it will definitely feature in one of the next two episodes.

Due to the complex nature of a game demo I am currently working on which will be an extensive play through type demonstration, The next episode of the podcast will not come out on the 1st of August with its usual pattern, it will be released later next week in order to ensure the demo is recorded and produced in such a way that every single detail which will be important to the gamers will be included. Ideally I am looking at publishing the episode on the fourth or the 5th of August, so the delay will not be major, but the weight will certainly be worth it.

As some of you may know, Apple has hosted their annual WWDC presentation earlier this month. During the event they have announced new versions of the various operating systems, for this month‘s episode I am Hoping to host a discussion about the various announcements during the event. I am looking to have a panel of 3 people that are passionate about technology, and would like to come on the podcast and talk about the event, this will include discussing the various operating system releases and giving your personal opinions on them, Therefore knowledge of Apple products is essential. Accessibility will be included but will not be the only focus, so whether you are visually impaired or fully sighted you can still be on the panel. I will be speaking as part of a panel on a zoom webinar run by the Bedfordshire site loss council focusing on accessible transport in the Bedfordshire area. The first topic for this month’s episode will be podcast apps. with Apple we designing their own podcasts app in the latest iOS update, I have seen that many people have decided to switch to an alternative podcast app, me being one of them, or some people choose to not use the Apple podcast app in the first place. So part of the next episode will be a demonstration of the podcasts app I have decided to use, this will provide at least one option, amongst a few other popular ones. If you yourself listen to podcast as well, feel free to put in the comment section which app you prefer to use as it would be good to give an idea of which app the listeners used to listen to this podcast or any others they are subscribes to.
