Now this information will lead me to my writing tips for today.
As a screen writer you must be lover of movies,novels and good books.
Your work is beyond just screen playing.
You wrote the story, you have a picture of it in your head.
Before every other person gets to see the finished product, you have seen it.
So if your want your story to come alive, you have to get your casting right.
And how would you know, actors that are good for specific roles?
So my dear screen writer, it goes beyond the keyboard and pen.

Hey guys,
I have some good news to share today.
So late last year I made a comment on a group here on Facebook that I'm a screen writer.
Someone saw it and messaged me to confirm if it was true.
So afterwards, we exchange WhatsApp contact.
Negotiated and went on to write a fifty Episodes series and four feature length movies for him.
The stories are so good, that it took a lot of deliberation to decides which one to shoot first and which can be shot in his absence.
So we decided to start with one of the feature length movies title THE OTHER WORLD.
Guys I'm happy to announce to you that the movie has been shot and it's undergoing editing.
And guys 💃💃💃💃💃💃 Nollywood finest actors features on this project.
From Wole Ojo to Uche Elendu and others.
And the amazing thing is they love the story.

Seeing these stars acting and saying my lines.
You know lines written by me.
It's fulfilling.
Like I can't even explain how I feel.
And for the other stories, some other top Celebrities has just been confirmed to be part of them.
Celebrities that normally will not want to appear on YouTube movies.
Are interested because of the story.
I am grateful to God and also grateful to Jakuma TV for giving me the opportunity to be his writer.
Guys I will update you when the movie drops on my client channel.

Beautiful movie I must say.
First of all one thing I love about the movie, is the casting.
All the Actors delivered their role.
Storyline was good.
Picture quality, sounds and colour grading, beautifully done.
The screen play was nicely done.
Except for the first eleven minutes.
I know they were trying to introduce the characters, but they were not properly established.
One problem I have with Nollywood movies is the importing of characters from no where or how they poorly established characters.
For hotel lambamba, some characters were poorly established. Especially the guy character acting all feminine.
That character was just imported for us.
I also feel the story could have done away with some characters. Like the gay guy and the Igbo man that checked in.
I can't seem to find their relevance.
Then also the nurse that posted about the death.
I think her character could have been done away with.
And I think the killer character was overly flogged and so it gave it away that he was the killer.
And also what make a crime story a crime story especially when so many people are involved, they should have given everyone a motive to kill the victim.
But I can make excuses for them base on the fact that, it happens in an hotel and they are completely stranger.
Then another scene I'm still trying to understand how it made it to the movie is the scene when both ladies were looking at dresses on Instagram.
They are not exactly friends so what's the essence of that scene.
But one thing I really love about the plot is the tiny plot twist where James is not halil.
That was a shocking revelation but slowly done. Though I think it could have dropped at once but it's very okay.
In all hotel lambamba is a very interesting movie.
Like I laughed alot.
My favourite character is big berry.
I recommend this movie, you can get it on Amazon prime video.
I rate it 7/10.

Hey guys,
I have this amazing tip for creatives out there.
You know is not only writers block a writer faces.
But also you can get lost in the middle of your story.
Especially when it has too many details.
This often happens when you are writing a crime/ investigating stories especially when it's series and also psychological stories, with more than two traumatic experience being portray.
So now when this happens, what should you do then?
I will tell you with a little story, stem out of my own personal experience.
So I have a client 20 Episodes crime/ investigating series that I am currently working on.
And my deadline is fast approaching.
From Sunday till Monday evening, I have been stuck at Episode 10.
Infact I wrote Episode 11 but deleted it, when I found out the details there was contradicting to an interogating scene in Episode 5.
I know how I want the story to end, I already decided who the murderer is, but there are so many details in the story that it was becoming difficult to unravel them without it looking weak or an easy way to crack the case for the detectives.
So I did something.
I reached out to a fellow screen writer Olivia Debby Ologe guys this girl is a wonderful and an amazing screen writer.
Like she is really good.
So I told her about my situation and she ask me to send her the story.
I did.
She read it and she was shouting, princess omas you have killed yourself.
What's your plan in unraveling all these details and what sequence do you think your screen playing will follow to enable the detectives gets the murderer.
I was like is that not why I am calling you.
So we started discussing the story.
She ask me questions concerning each of the characters, such as who they are and their motive for doing the things they are known for.
In the light of this discussion, it just click and immediately I know the sequence the screenplay will follow.
I appreciated my colleague and I decided to start writing and everything was just flowing.
So screen writers out there, sometimes it's very helpful to discuss your story with a trusted colleague if you get stuck like I did.

Hey guys,
So yesterday I was working on a detective story for a client who wants a 20 Episodes series of a crime story.
I wasn't feeling my creativity prowess so I decided to look for a movie to watch.
Then I stumbled on this movie on Amazon prime video and I said okay, omowumi omodada and Efe irile in this movie, then it's going to be good.
Guys I was so terribly disappointed and dissatisfied.
The concept they were trying to create is a good one, you know explaining that it's not always greener at the other side.
But it was poorly screenplay poorly executed.
Like it's one of those movies you watch and you start questioning your IQ.
And honestly when I see such movies on big screen, I just feel both the writers, producers and actors feels we Nigerians are not intellectually smart.
So anything goes.
This is like my worse movie since the beginning of this year.
Please if you have seen this movie i am begging you in the name of God.
Don't come and make excuses for them.
I rate this movie 3/10 and that's because of good casting and picture quality.
Please don't forget KRIME SERIES will premiere this week Friday.
And I still remain that warri writer.

Yeah I know bloggers are paid to promote movies.
To hype them positively or negatively to make people go watch.
Yeah it's strategy.
But please let's do the hyping with conscience.
This movie is three hours.
Do overly dragged with their weak lines and wannabe Hollywood young people vibes.
You shoot a 3 hours movie of children in ss3 going for excursion in regard to agricultural sciences.
And the only thing I was hearing is plantain and banana.
You were portraying a kind hearted character but who told you kindhearted people should be nosy.
Don't get me wrong the lead character is a good actor.
But he was given poor lines and actions to show his creativity.
These people wan use the word Prom take finish my ear.
I know people will be like eh your own film krime series is coming soon let's see what you can do
But I can boldly tell you what some of these producers have is just huge amount of money more than me.
My dying soul series. The story can best most of the films on YouTube.
Same goes for diamond ash and breaking the silence.
Nollywood producers look for good screen writer to do your job.
I'm currently working on a young people film for a client I'm glad the producer will be putting it on YouTube and I am also glad it going to feature A list actors.
So you guys can do your comparison when the time comes.

Hey guys,
In all honesty this is like my worse movie so far this year.
The way characters just pops up in your screen without no proper introduction is alarming.
Let's not forget to talk about how some of the actions of each character was not properly explained.
And is it the fact that a character will be acting like idan and with just one gun shot that character is gone.
With all the plenty JuJu the character has.
The actors acting are all on point.
But the screenplay and the sequence it follows is one of worse I have seen in a long time.
I rate this movie 4/10.
