Rice balls /bonda will crunchy tasty evening snacks with left over rice..
you dont want to waste the afternoon extra rice...
you can taste it with that in evening time..
Ingredients:
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1(finely chopped)
Green chilly - 2 ( chopped)
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few
Chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as required
oil-1 tsp
Make it round shape balls
Deep fry in oil
Once it reahes light golden colour..
Serve it hot with tea...
Rice balls ready!!!

Ingredients:
Soya - 70 gms
ginger - 1 piece
garlic - 4 cloves
green chilly - 3
chat masala - 1 tsp
garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
maida - 1 cup
corn flour - 1/2 cup
Water - 3 tbsp
Oil for shallow fry
METHOD:
Soak Soya in Hot water for 1 Hour.
Grind green chilly, ginger , garlic, soaked soya..
Add chat masala, garam masala, salt, maida, corn flour...
mix well with water...
make a ball and flaten it..
Shallow fry in oil..
serve it with sauce...
