Jesus is the only way because only He paid the price for our sins on the cross. There is no other way to God except through His Son our Lord Jesus!
He is also the Truth. Today the world thinks truth is relative and changeable. But that's no truth at all--it's just opinions. Truth is a Person, and His name is Jesus!
And He is the Life because through His victory over death, we have eternal life through and with Him!

It's so easy to look for ourselves in the Bible or to wonder what a verse means "to me." But, the Bible is actually a book about God and His plan of salvation through Jesus. It is FOR us, but not primarily about us. We are the beneficiaries of His blessings and benefits as He is glorified through Jesus's work on our behalf.
Look for these 4 main themes as you read. They are woven throughout:
1. Creation
2. Fall
3. Redemption
4. Restoration

All our hope and joy comes from knowing Him.
It's an inner peace that doesn't depend on our circumstances but rejoices that we are made right with God through Jesus's sacrifice on our behalf.

Do you want to know the true God more? Spend time in His Word and prayer today. He reveals Himself to us through the Word. Without that knowledge and insight, we are in danger of making up a god in our own minds and to our own liking.

We are saved by Christ's finished work on the cross and not anything in ourselves--not good works, church attendance, which denomination we belong to, because our parents are Christians, etc.!

Jesus did ALL the work for our salvation! We could never be "good enough" to go to heaven on our own because God's standard is perfection. That's why Jesus was the only acceptable sacrifice for our sins, AND why our faith in Him secures our salvation. When we trust in His finished work on the cross (and not in any of our own efforts or religion), our sins are nailed to the cross with Him, and His righteousness is credited to us.
What a loving and gracious God we have!! ❤️✝️❤️
