When we started this Instagram page shortly after we departed Toronto, was one of the first boats we spotted from a distance who we recognized from the online sailing community.
Although we’re all so connected here🛜 it’s so much more amazing when we are actually able to connect irl.
How awesome is it that we finally had the opportunity to meet these two who have been such great supporters of our adventure since the beginning of this wild ride?! Crossing paths 3.5 years later while each on our respective boat life journeys shows just how small this world (and sailing community really is) 💕

She was truly a work of art in her prime and we loved being sent photos over the years from you guys of our Jibsea Swing before it was laid to rest in a pile in the bushes😅

Returning here made all the fond memories come rushing back. From Travis bringing home a surprise snake in a Canadian milk jug, building the most epic swing set, Captain Ron movie night on the big screen, group yoga in THE perfect setting and all with the best group that we’ll never forget…we’re so happy we got to revisit!!

We meet the most amazing people in this lifestyle and it’s always hard to say bye when we sail separate ways, but we hang on to the fact that it’s usually just a see you later until the wind and waves guide us back!
