Fear haunts you
And pain hates"
I say, "Pain strengthens
And fear drives faith".
Everyone has their battles in life. Sometimes it's rough to the point we break down and no one understands, so we self isolate. A huge thing that helps is talking and listening. Unfortunately it happens, Anxiety is a monster of its own accord. Taking your anger and frustrations out on the world won't change anything. What will change something is trying to bring light to your life. A lot of people think being positive is so hard but its not, its simple. Theres always one thing you can say nice to yourself or to somebody. When I worked my first job My Uncle had this quote I read everyday at his desk about attitudes. Seriously shaped me to be who I am today. This is what it said,
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company, a church, a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me and ninety percent how I react to it.”
There's a lot of negative things in world, and now even easier to read because of social media etc. Don't be scared to take a break from it.
