Charles Chanda Scams widow out of her pension money!

Meet Elizabeth Sakala, a widow who fell victim to Charles Chanda’s land scams. She retired some years back and got her life savings from NAPSA. As part of her initiative, she got some of her NAPSA savings and decided to buy some plots in Ndola which were being advertised by UPPZ President Charles Chanda. Being a politician, she trusted him when he claimed that the plots would be given to her after payments. Well, this was the beginning of some of her worst nightmares in life. The entire thing turned out to be a total scam!

She and other victims who were scammed over these Ndola plots decided to team up and made contributions which were used to hire a lawyer who sued him in the High Court. He lost this case, and an asset recovery was ordered from his personal assets since victims were depositing money into his personal account. Can you imagine that up to now the court bailiffs have failed to recover anything for these defenseless victims claiming that they do not know where Charles Chanda lives? Like really?
