I am awake before everyone in my house, always (unless my partner has to work). I spend this time doing a lot of things: cleaning up some toys, decluttering my counters, snuggling with the boys (my cats) and watching one of *my* shows, or just doom scrolling. I chose to scroll, and I was grateful I did.

Today, I was hit, once again, with a privilege check. I was on instagram and I follow Motaz Azaiza. He is someone ground level at Gaza. He is somone documenting this genocide. He is someone they are calling "Hamas Sympathizer," like many of us who want Palestine Freed from not only Israel but the terrorist organization of Hamas as well, because he wants to expose what is going on - JUST BECAUSE he is a civilian with a camera, platform, and voice. I was scrolling my homepage and saw a photo dated 4 days ago posted by him of a baby, swaddled, covered in grey debris, and dead. I was instantly moved and brought to tears. I was given the privilege to walk into my childs room, and look at them sleeping. It's crazy how a sleeping childs face looks as calm and peaceful as a deceased childs. It's crazy how I can look at this face and cry with overwhelming gratitude knowing in just a few hours, I will see those eyes open with a big smile, when another mother is looking at face that's similar and falling apart because those eyes will never open up again.

As a parent, specifically, I cannot fathom the heartbreak, trauma, and pain that these mothers and fathers are facing when they find their children - alive if they're lucky. I can't imagine what these poor babies and children are experiencing at ground level, the trauma they will live with, the scars both on the inside and outside of them. It breaks my heart that all these parents want are to keep their children safe and the uncertainty and risk to do that, makes it damn near impossible. We are losing GENERATIONS!!

Took my little one trick or treating last night, but you'll never guess what happened for 20 minutes during it.... It started SNOWING. Right now my city is expecting the high to be in the low forties, and the low being 28°. I'm so happy and excited!! We got a TON of candy, we got a lot of "ooo's, and ahhh's," and she was the most polite witch there was. She was very sweet, and her Dada and I had an absolute BLAST watching her thrive 🫶🏼

I ask you, who is this directed towards? I believe it is us, and other neighboring countries. This is propaganda at it's finest, to garner support of genocide. This is some sympathy ploy that IDF is doing, to make it seem like they care about the lives they're about to take, that they "don't really want to do this, and are giving them every opportunity to be safe," THAT IS HORSE S**T. They're broadcasting this "warning" to no one! WE don't need the warning, yet WE'RE the ones who have access to it, and can understand it! This is PROPAGANDA. DO. NOT. FALL. FOR. IT.

Palestine did not happen to Israel, Israel happened to them! Daily Mail, and every other new source, should he ashamed to push the IDF's agenda.

Palestine 🇵🇸 vs. Israel 🇮🇱

I have been very quiet on this page about the Palestinian and Israeli conflict. The reason is, well, honestly, this is a public page. While there aren't a lot of people here, this is something that has potential to reach more people, and I wanted to take a moment to think about what I wanted to say, from my own words, and thoughts - rather than shares, and reposts.
Then, I heard that Gaza's Internet had been blocked out from the world, the last cable is cut, and we won't be able to hear or see anything from them until this is all over. They can't call anybody, text, or even call for help if they needed it. Nobody has a voice over there now, so I believe it is absolutely essential that we speak on the topic now. We're at a very privileged stand point, as people who can sit in their homes, with internet, and not have to worry about getting bombed.
My heart aches for Palestine. My heart aches for every innocent life that has been taken by a Zionistic Regime. It's crazy that after WWII and the absolute unfathomable hate crimes placed on the Jewish Community, they turned around and became the thing they hated the most. A hateful, discriminatory, stock of humans who use war and fear to control the situation. I want to emphasize this though, there are *a lot* of Jewish people who don't support the Zionistic Regime, they remember what they went through, they don't believe they are owed anything, and they want this to end as much as we do. Unfortunately, that doesn't consist of a lot of the Jewish Actors that we supported and loved (a lot of them signed a petition in support of Biden's actions). Not everyone who is Jewish is apart of the Zionistic Regime, just like, not everyone in Palestine is apart of Hamas.
A lot of people will say things along the lines of, "If you don't support Israel, you're antisemitic," I hate to be that person, but I believe this whole war right now, is a Semitic War (based off what Semitic means by definition), so trying to negate one side of this war for who they really are, by saying only one side of it can be supported without prejudice, IS antisemitic, yes?
Palestinian people have been fighting Jewish Colonization for 70 years. Yes, they are victims of colonization. Israel happened to them, they did not happen to Israel. Then, Hamas came about. I heard someone use this analogy to dumb down the explanation of Hamas, and I'm going to hope it comes across just as clear here, "Hamas is to Palestine as MAGA is to America. The only difference is, MAGA was made out of grievance in fear of loss for power, whereas Hamas was created by the power structure in Israel to combat a more secular, progressive movement organic to Palestinian people to fight for their freedom." Hamas is not good, Hamas is not Palestine.
Palestine needs to be freed immediately. The last death toll I heard was 7,326 people. That's 7,326 lives who died from hate. From greed. From prejudice. From fear. From shock. There's an app called "5 Calls" you can download it, take 5 minutes to make 5 calls, and call your representative for an immediate de-escalation and ceasefire in Israel and Occupied Palestine. There isn't much we can do here, but if America really wants to ring that they're the voice of the people, blow up your representatives phone. Leave them message, after message, after message, after message.

Rev is my little dude. He loves to give kisses when you pet him, he bonds with females faster (opposite his brother), he is fearless, he listens well for a cat, he can do tricks _ well, he can sit, and he is absolutely the louder purrer in this house. He'll sit next to me when I do make up, cuddle me while I read, or try to absorb into my skin and get as close as humanely possible to my face before our atoms start to merge togeter while I lay down and relax.

It may be a bias opinion, but I have the best cat. ☄️🐈‍⬛️🖤

I never did any grand gesture to come out (you don't have to anyway), and I never felt comfortable to say anything out loud about my feelings. Until that kiss. Until I heard the boys cheering and some other girls giggle. Until, for the first time in my life, I genuinely blushed. Until our lips weren't touching and She was smiling back at me. Until the butterflies in my stomach stopped for a moment because the whole world just held it's breath with me. It was also Hell to be a teenager and suddenly feel like you could have anyone with the hormones rushing through you. High School wasn't top tier for my gay love life (or love life in general), but as I grew so did my confidence in being ✨️🏳️‍🌈💕GAYYYYYYYY💕🏳️‍🌈✨️. I may have my forever partner in a male, but that doesn't mean anyless to my sexuality. I STILL LOVE WOMEN, AND I LOVE LOVING WOMEN FROM ANY BACKGROUND, FROM ANY PLACE, OF ANY SHAPE, OF ANY COLOR, ANY BODY, AND WITH ALL THE TYPES OF TIDDIES. IDGAF.
