One of the hardest things that's not talked about is dealing with student meltdowns.
But if we want any kind of learning to be happening, we must learn how to teach our students this one underrated but important skill.

When I first started teaching, I struggled with this area to say the least; I'm still working on it.

But luckily, my friend, I've found a few simple to implement ideas that will help to get rid of those knots in your stomach when a student is having a meltdown.

These techniques will not only help you to get through a lesson but have your students showing active empathy.
