Amy, thanks so much for the invite and for allowing us to capture the fun! Every time we come in I am in awe of the care you put into your menu, and the knowledge behind it all! Plus, you know I’m #obsessed with your glassware and garnishes. I mean, how could you not!! 🤩
On the menu:
🍹 MAI TAI
Not your traditional Mai Tai people! While it maintains the classic ingredients like fresh lime juice and orgeat (a sweet and creamy almond syrup), this recipe also includes a tiny bit of triple sec and 🥁 🥁 🥁 Glenlivet! So for all you Glenlivet fans out there, here is a new and unexpected way to enjoy your fave! Not too sweet either… just right!
🥥 🌴 COCOJITO
What really sets this refreshing drink apart is the use of Rum Haven, which is a white rum infused with coconut water! It is BEYOND! Not only that, but I loved that the fresh mint (hand picked from Amy’s garden btw) was “muddled” during the shake. So no little mint leaves floating around and getting stuck in your teeth 😆 Seriously, you must try!
🍍 JUNGLE BIRD
This was a new one for us 🙌🏼 We learned it is a staple bevvie in Malaysia, originating in the Kuala Lumpur Hilton where one of their bartenders created it as their signature welcome drink. Not surprisingly, it has become the signature drink throughout Malaysia, and now… JB PercivalCo has perfected it 😉
