Crickets. That's all I heard when I first started posting online. Sounds familiar? THIS is how I changed it.

I just caught up on our team meeting replay - the team was having a good chin-wag about ChatGPT! 🤓

It got me thinking about the AI helper I use for my wellness biz. It helps me whip up content and marketing ideas faster than you can say "G'day mate!" It's been a real game-changer for me.

🎬 Yestereday I went to the movies with my grandson, and let me tell you, those reclining seats should come with a warning: “You may never want to get up!” 😂

We splurged on snacks and somehow ended up with more popcorn than we could eat! 🍿
