I'm Dhiraj Rajesh, and I want to share with you all my life's sweetest dream.
Ever since I can remember, my heart belonged to baking. It was my first love. I pursued this passion and even got a degree in hotel management. But life had a different plan for me, and I found myself in a career in sales.
However, the love for baking never left me. It lingered in the background. So, I decided to turn my side hustle into something bigger. That's when the idea of a cloud kitchen sprouted, and I started baking my heart out. 🎂
It was my cheesecakes that stole the show. People in my neighborhood couldn't resist the heavenly bites I created. They began calling me the "cheesecake guy," and it warmed my heart more than any oven ever could. 💓
