Ashlie began with a photo shoot for Louisiana Biker magazine in spring of 2016. That became a feature article, and the July 2016 cover, which was voted "2nd Favorite Cover of All Time" by the magazine's readers in 2020.
After her shoot, she became Talent Coordinator, and took care of everybody. She would look after the models while on set, watch their wardrobe, any hair out of a place, an awkward pose or a stray shadow, Ashlie took care of all of it. Last minute alterations to make something fit better or fix a problem, that was just another thing to keep the shoot moving along. She made sure snacks and drinks were available, watched the clock for schedule, and made sure the models felt good about themselves and the shoot.
Those are still the same basic duties she fulfills here at VTG Management. She makes sure everyone has what they need, and gets the most they can, and always has the best playlist going.
Now, she is listed as "Talent Acquisition and Development", based out of Nashville, and has become a member of the Board of Directors of our parent company. Really, though, what she still does is to just take care of everyone around her.
