A little bit about us and what we will be offering during our Sail & Body Flow Retreat đŚ

âFor more 20 years as a trauma healer, I have been guiding people through their transformational processes. Always exploring and learning along my journey, I developed the Moving Stillness Meditation. In my work I combine various embodiment techniques with healing methods. Iâm a Certified teacher of Non-Linear-Movement-Method (NLMM) and enthusiastic about the findings of quantum research (e.g. workshops/works of Jean Houston etc), which increasingly feed into my work.
For 10 years I have been following my love for sacred places in the Mediterranean and have been leading seminars/retreats in unique places. You can find more information about my work as a trauma healer here.â

âI have been practicing Yoga for almost 10 years and last year I completed my 200h Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training in India.
I deeply believe in the power of connecting conscious movement and breath to cultivate joy and inner peace.
I hold a M.Sc. in Human Ecology and am passionate about the interplay between inner and outer transformation. Only if we heal ourselves we can heal the earth and only if we heal the earth we can heal ourselves. I believe that everything is connected and am deeply inspired by the teachings of many Indigenous cultures and wisdom traditions that have practised and advocated for an interconnected being-in-the-world for millennia. (Re)covering a sense of belonging and care for this world is at what I want to spend my time doing and helping others do.
In my daily life I love to cook and experiment with food, nourishing myself and others is very important to me and brings me joy and pleasure. I also love to dance and explore our beautiful planet on many small and big adventures.â
This is our first retreat that we offer together as mother and daughter, bringing our individual practices and passions for holistic healing together for this unique offering. We are so excited to see where this journey takes us!
