miHoYo/Hoyoverse managed to ascend Honkai Impact 3rd. Pass few events barely has any gameplay resemble what makes honkai, honkai but that is meant to be.

The game has many different modes all with Hack n Slash gameplay includes story, co-op, abyss, Elysian Realm, and etc. An event with a completely different genre gameplay balanced the experience out as it eases some fatigue from exposing to the same gameplay over and over again.

Yes, this is a mobile gacha game. It has stamina system. it has weird scaling in an attempt to get into the player's pocket. it has tedious grind. I'm not going to ask anyone to overlook those, but I would like to say there is always an option to not do those and Honkai Impact 3rd is cool with it without punishing anyone for it.

The story is what tells it all. Each arc not only is well written, but you can see how the game progress since its debut. From silly cityscape and stereotype Anime school arc all the way to a beautifully crafted scenic space. Which inspires me to write this article.

I joined the fray late (only 300 days on my account) but I'm glad I did.

I do wish to hear from those who played the game on day one, as their experience and opinion will absolutely differs from me especially those who has been playing Honkai Impact 3rd competitively for ranks as they are likely to be the group that suffer from burnt out the most.

P.S. I still wish for singleplayer offline mode for honkai/genshin impact once it reaches the end of its service.

Finished Genshin Impact ver3.0 main story. The main plot may completely missed me but there is one little section I wish everyone get to experience it without getting spoiled.

It wakes me up from autopilot mode so it definitely worth the time.

While we're at it I would like to give a shoutout to the game that has similar plot for that little section.
