If you only knew the things I’ve endured the last 4 yrs and how hard I work to move forward. Know
Every setback you’ve encounter is actually there to build character to change you. we all have things we are going thru we all have visions and dreams we want to see come true. But it’s in that resilience and discipline that the new version of you is born to carry the new weight of greatness. I know greater things are yet to come. And when I tell you build character it’s not just to be strong but to be kind and in that process you achieve goals doesn’t mean you take from others or compete with others. Let this new year be that season of growth.

Unlike men, women typically don’t gain size from strength training. This is due to levels of testosterone women have compared to men. Typically, young women have around 10% of the testosterone of men. Because of this, women will develop muscle tone and definition without the size.
